You know its a great company when they refuse to answer the phone for an hour. They missed out, big. Similarly to the shops in Pretty Woman because I was willing to drop some money for phones and family plans. Guess Verizon or Sprint it is. That's poor business and just super annoying to costumers and potential costumers. If this is how they are, I know I wouldn't be happy.
