Metro by T-Mobile, Bristol PA

I would like to thank Kay for giving me exceptional customer service. My phone was in a port process and it took almost a full two weeks for Boost Mobile to release my phone number so I can become a Metro customer. On day 9 I went back to the store highly upset because my number still haven’t switched over yet. Kay remain calm and professional the entire time while I was freaking out, this also was not a Metro issue but Kay you saved the day contacted customer service and corrected the issue and didn’t leave until the issue was resolved! Thank you for all that you do! I wish you nothing but the best

I walked in in a panic before my work shift this past Sunday pressed for time and with a broken phone. Knowing that I was going to have to purchase a new phone, I am so thankful that Kay was there to assist me. She was honest, reliable, caring and attentive to my current needs. Appreciate her so much! Says online store closes at 6.go to the establishment and on door says the store closes at 6.go inside the store and employee tells me they close at 5. I got to establishment at 5: 30. And im able to walk in the store but the store closes at 5 why are the doors still unlocked and an employee still in building very unhappy with experience
