Ebony is her name and giving exceptional customer service is her passion.
She greeted me upon entering the store and she stayed pleasant throughout the experience. My questions were answered and if uncertainty tried to creep in, Ebony cleared it away with confidence. Customer service is very important to me. She exudes knowledge patience and sincerely cares about the customer being successful with accomplishing their goal while visiting her store that day!
