I always go to this store (4002 New Rodgers Rd, Levittown, PA 19056) because from all the metro stores I am treated like family in here. I always talk with Bilal Al Sharif, the store manager and I will not go to another store for help. I am a loyal costumer and it’s because of him. Highly recommend
Great Metro location. Wasn’t sure what plan/phone was right for my budget but B helped out a great deal. Friendly knowledgeable staff, highly recommend

On December 1. I bought an internet box I brought it home hooked it up and it worked well for about 3 hours after that the next 3 days the internet kept saying loading I was never able to access the internet again. I went back into the the store at 4002 New Rogers Rd same rep Joe. Told me he couldn't give me a refund or credit but he needed the box back. I gave it to him he assured me he would turn off the services would'nt be charged again. This is now almost mid February and I'm still being charged monthly. I want my 3 months refund or credit. I've been a loyal customer over 14 yrs
They charge you $5 to pay your bill at the store when you can "pay it on your phone for free". They also added an additional $1 to your bill. My friend bill was $50 she end up paying $61 inside the store. $50 for her plan + $5 store fee $5 for insurance and an additional $1 just cause.
I went in today for my Gmail to be fixed for me and they were very patient and took their time to make sure I was all good love this store
I like this shop and how they deal with customers, especially a person called by name BE thank you Guys

I had to write one to tell people about a gentleman that works at Metro. Everyone calls him, B. He was so patient and kind and helpful.
If you want great service go see him and metro.
The employee's name is B and he has been patient beyond words with helping me setup a phone for my disabled sister. Organizing this phone was not easy for me, but your employee has made it very easy. Employes that help customersin this manner should make your company proud.he had given me peace off mind
They NEVER answer the phone! Too busy on THEIR PHONES! Like maybe hire people older than 20?
This is by far my favorite metro. They staff is very helpful and welcoming. Joe has helped us on numerous occasions and we always leave happy. Kudos to this store. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers!
As a technophobe I am always loathe to embark on a new cell phone journey but from the second I walked into the store Bilal made me feel like the most important person in the world. He took care of absolutely everything for me without making me feel stupid. Top notch customer skills and impressively savvy with the gadgets and gizmos. Give him a raise.

Joe was awesome, he was very professional, helpful, and really kind. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes flat. New phone, wireless headphones, Bluetooth speaker, and a new case for a really good price. Would definitely recommend going to this location.
I work in the customer service field so I understand all they go through. The only thing I want is honesty and I am easy to please. I went into Metro yesterday 07/01/2021 @ around 5: 30 PM with my niece and my sister the rep who assisted was Yabdel. I wanted to switch from boost mobile and get a line for myself and add my niece to that plan. The man said here’s what I can do for you today, I can get you 2 cell phones and you will pay this month’s bill upfront; you will not pay more than $200. I will also throw in 2 pairs of headphones, 2 screen protectors and 2 phone cases at no additional charge. I was ecstatic and I thought he was great, here we were getting 2 phones plus all this free stuff. I thought the $200 was for the bill and the 2 phones for myself and my niece. My sister did an upgrade as she already had metro and he presented everything to her in a similar way. Well later my sister called customer service and found out we were paying for all those items, they were not free nor discounted. I called customer service and I was told the phones were actually FREE, the only thing I needed to pay was the $80 bill the rest of what I paid was for the headphones, cases and screen protectors. I called the store directly and he said I never said they were free, I gave you a package deal. So, he basically manipulated the hell out of us with how he presented it to us. He said the extra stuff was given to me at a discount- it’s a package deal he created. He is a con artist and a liar. He should have told me; the phones are free and you are paying for these extra items. I am infuriated and I feel hustled, I would like for a manager to contact me ASAP- Please reply with a way I can reach the manager directly. I am also writing letters to your corporate office as well, just be upfront and honest with people.
