Worker came in late at 10: 36 AM. I’m standing at the door and tells me they don’t open until 11 AM when the sign on the door says 10 AM and their Internet presents also says 10 AM.

Ther are extremely unprofessional there. Making it an unpleasant and uncomfortable situation whenever something comes up with your phone.

I had service through this store for years. I decided to go with another company. In store service is just not good anymore. If I hear different in the future i might go back. Don't like to mention bad reviews just telling the truth how I feel.
