I was having a lot of problems with my old phone, so I purchased a new phone, unfortunately I was having the same issues with the new phone! After much anguish they were able to fix my phone! Great customer service in this facility! Not all centers are like this one! They care about the customers. 5stars always I would direct business to them.keep up the great service! Bree was very knowledgeable and fixed my problem.

Had a great experience at this location, Timothy helped me fix my phone and was very kind during the process. I recommend that anyone who needs help with anything or would like to buy a new product come here and absolutely do not go to the locations on the 7200 block or 6400 block of Frankford Avenue the owner will sell you broken products and refuse to take them back.

Be advised I came as a new customer yesterday and was told the case and screen protector were included in the new phone bundle. They would be free of charge. Don't I look at my receipt and find nearly $60 of charges for items I didn't ask for. The salesperson also opened them and put them on my phone in store. I called the company to complain and they said they don't see individual charges for the items just the total. So I'm heading over there today for a refund on nonrefundable items I did not ask for. Hopefully I will be changing my review for the better once I get there. This is why I went to the corporate store because I did not want to be ripped off by an authorized retailer. Just a heads up to everyone else.

Shameful! FIX YOUR AC! It’s 100 degrees in here, and this is my 3rd time back here to fix an issue, probrably because the workers cannot concentrate due to them sweating btw. 3 trips back here, purchased 2 iPhones for my boys and have a problem with one, which apple told me the store could deal with. It’s unbearably hot in here. Corporate store? Awful.

Slow. Very poor customer service. Almost like you're begging them to serve you. Every employee knows everything but actually know nothing. All with negative attitudes and comments. An absolute horrible experience everytime you enter the location

This store is supposed to be main Branch corporate and yet they rip you off the most don't ever go here ever ever ever they're going to try and make you buy things you don't need and tell you that you can't get your phone turned on unless you buy them and it's complete b*******at Castor ave store I got my phone LG k-30 with a case activate. And everything turned on and in use $119 without having to buy any kind of SIM card or memory card to turn it on or activate it whereas I took my sister to get the same deal at the Cottman location they want to charge her 130 plus activation fee another 15 plus they want to make her buy a memory card 20 something dollars plus this is not even included case there are a rip-off and they take people's weakness and not knowing about these issues and they use them to make money on themselves they're gross to take advantage of people and should be ashamed of themselves thinking about it makes me want to go up there with a big sign and hang out all day

Great staff. Emily was awesome with her customer service. I got there at the end of the night, but they didn't make me feel rushed and was super patient explaining all the plan options to me. I won't go to my local store again. Headed back next week to check out some new services that sounded great and actually looking forward to it. When's the last time anyone said that about paying a utility bill?

The wait time to be helped by an employee was a little longer than I was hoping for but once helped it was a painful process signing up for service with an additional line. Also, had to stay in store during time phone completed updates to ensure good working service and that alone took 20+ minutes, but worth the wait I suppose nonetheless.

If you have a manufacture defective phone good luck because your paying out of pocket for a new phone. I love the service and affordable rates but the staff just places blame on company and vice versa!

Ive visited this store several times. Staff is always helpful, knowledgeable and courteous.
I like coming here for various issues because its the corporate store not an authorized dealer.

It's Walmart and the one in Middletown is one of the best I've shopped at always overly helpful employees always asking if you need help finding something will even take the time to take you right to what you're looking for always very courteous

I have to admit the service there is not so good. I would not recommend this Metro PCS. Go to Levick and Rising sun. I like to know the location at the Roosevelt Mall two days ago and it's not working and they're giving me a hassle about returning the phone even though they know it's their issue.

Got some important details after I committed to a purchase, had I known beforehand I would have waited to purchase. They wanted to charge me an additional fee to wait 24 hours to activate (this was a gift). I was not happy.

The rep Alonzo swindled me into a 4 line deal and mislead me on my monthly bill this store and its staff is all about commission and does not care about customer satisfaction whatsoever they only care about lining there pockets stay away from this location at all costs!
