Went to get a new phone &plan and had everything planned out. Walked in and the associate started speed talking about the cost of phones and had me second guessing my original plan. He told me the free phones would cost $130 to get and tried upselling to the next tier phones. I went here because the tullytown store is terrible and they always upsell by telling you things are free with purchase. When you look at the receipt, you were charged for those "free" items. Appears that this store is now doing the same practice. Needless to say, I walked out without getting anything.

I love Metro by T-Mobile I've been with them for quite a long time they treat me like family always good.

Service was excellent, didn't have to wait to long. Person was very knowledgeable went right to and repaired the problem.

Bought a new phone "FINALLY" Paul is the best I sure hope he doesn't leave there I'd be lost without him.

Sales associate Paul made me feel very welcomed, gave me good information on my questions. I will recommend friends to go to this metropcs location, Paul's is very knowledgeable, helpful, and has great customer service experience.

Outstanding service great customer service plenty of parking wheelchair accessible the agents there are very knowledgeable of the equipment that they provide as well as your plans I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Had to get a prepaid flip phone for my son for emergencies, the Metro employee was fast, polite and helpful.

Personally the clerk could have provided more service than telling a customer to call 611 which is an offshore call center which hung up 3 times. The clerks had to eventually call forcing them to do their jobs.

I only go to the 5pts store. With everything being mass produced these days to stand above the rest you have to provide quality customer service. They exceed it every time.

The guys at the Five Points store are great especially Lewis except for customer service not at the store on the phone trying to fix my phone Louis went above and beyond, his customer service sent me to phone manufacturer, not happy but the guys are great.

The guys here are great. They have always made sure to help me to the best of the company's ability, and are always super nice! A lot of times, places that offer cheaper services or products have the equivalent in the workers.not here, as far as I've seen over multiple trips here.

Excellent service these guys are amazing. I've been coming here for years to pay my bill, troubleshoot my phone, and even get a new phone. I love how knowledgeable and professional every member of the staff is no matter who I'm taken care of by. And unlike other locations in the area these guys make things quick easy and painless.

I have used Metro since day one. The service was spotty until T-mobile bought them. They have used T-mobile towers ever since & the service is near perfect now. The best or one of the best deals on the market. I have no idea why anyone would pay $100 or more on any cell service these days, when Metro has unlimited packages as low as $40 flat/month. All of this & you don't even need to sign a ridiculous contract.

Update your phone number! Trying to reach them and this number is old. My son paid for full month and shut off after 48 hours! Unbelievable.

Very helpful employees. I've been with them a year and travel quite a bit. I've lost my signal a few times, but all and all I can't complain about the coverage. The price for an unlimited family package is very cheap as well.
