Metro by T-Mobile, Upper Darby PA

I went to this store when my phone broke and the gentleman that helped me was anything but helpful. I was eligible for an upgrade on my phone which he never told me so I had to pay full price, then when he asked if I wanted insurance I emphatically replied of course! Long story short he never gave me the insurance and I realized it 1 day after the cutoff to be eligible to get Insurance still. Called corporate and they pretty much said oh well. Why should I have to come out of my pockets for a mistake one of their employees made.

Bought new phones for my wife and me. Was having trouble sinking them up to transfer info. Walked into 69th st store and the woman who serviced us was patient and wonderful. Got it done for us. Ty ty.

The wait was to long. Only 2 agents. They still couldn't fix my problem. I call metro yesterday and they call them fixings it and it still doesn't work. Im very upset.

Staff was great.helped me with an issue I was having and purchased a new phone cover for my phone.

Very efficient, in and out with a new phone in about 30 minutes.still had half an hour on the parking meter

Only corporate store locally, horrible customer service, the same 3x in a row, disrespectful, was the only customer in the store was repeatedly ignored by sales people at the counter when I approached the counter while the manager was in the back retrieving a phone I purchased, extremely disappointed, wil walk 10 miles in the snow before going back, poor representation of metro pcs have never been around working people so unprofessional

Extremely disappointed with their customer service. Beware: there are corporate stores and franchises, do not visit a franchise store because if you want to return/exchange a product, or are dissatisfied with the franchise's customer seevice corporate won't/doesn't help you.

They worked on my phone each time i went there. It's still slow in it's own time. It's still giving me problem. A replace phone is on it's way.

Got a internet from MetroPCS wanted to used it with ma Chromecast on ma TV because I had no internet home it cost me $65.74 I didn't even used it a week good and the internet run out.that sucks.

Variety of phones and you can handle corporate business here but the employees are extremely unprofessional.

Unfortunately I've had a couple of issues with my phone this past week. The good thing is the staff at this location are knowledgeable, friendly, and hospitable. I definitely recommend this location for any repair or purchases. Justin was very helpful.
