Metz plumbing is incredibly professional! When I called about a sewage backup, they told me they couldn’t get a technician out that late in the day, but they immediately referred me to another local plumber to help me out in a bad situation. Metz acted like a good neighbor, I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a leak in our clay/terra-cotta sewage system at our restaurant and Rob and his crew did an incredible job adding a liner system on our entire main line. They kept things very clean seeing they had to enter the area through our kitchen to the limited access crawl space to the pipe. They completed the job a day early, which was greatly appreciated so we could re-open and get back to business quickly with only one day closed for repairs and cleaning. TOTALLY RECOMMEND METZ and their prices are more than competitive, they are GREAT!

We also Metz for our annual back flow tests on the restaurant and other properties we own.

If I could give this company 10 out of 5 stars I would.

Another company came out and "diagnosed" an issue on their 2nd visit, and quoted us an up-in-the-air price for a "maybe this will fix it maybe it won't" service. Needless to say, I was on Yelp finding someone else for a 2nd opinion.

Jennifer at Metz called me and messaged me right away to view video footage and get something scheduled. I was able to call, text, and email her as often or as little as I needed to and ALWAYS received a response. The communication was exceptional from start to finish.

Someone came out that same week to take a look and give out a timely estimate. This company does offer financing, although we did not use it. The quote was less than half of what the other company had quoted us. We got a straight forward diagnosis, with honest pricing, and reliable service.

The team came out on the day they were scheduled at the time they were scheduled. They were able to complete our project in only 2 days. Extremely efficient, and walked my husband through what they were doing and put us at ease with what still needed to be done.

The pictures and reviews from myself and everyone else speaks for themselves. While I hope to never need more restorative services on my property (LOL), if I ever did, I would 10,000% use Metz again. I will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs it.

Nobody likes to spend thousands of dollars on their sewer line, but everyone likes to flush without offering a prayer. Metz Plumbing beat other quotes we got, were prompt and friendly, explaining everything as they went. It wasn't their fault they found a second break in our line, but they showed me the video and called in extra crew so they could finish the same day. The second hole was 6' deep! Would definitely recommend. Oh, and JT is a master with the Hydro Jet!

We had an excellent experience with Metz! We were having sewer line inspections done for a potential new home, and they were extremely accommodating of the schedules for my family as well as the current owners. They had prompt responses to questions, let us know when they were on their way (and the time frame they gave ahead of time was accurate/timely), provided all the information/updates the same day, and were happy to answer any follow-up questions. I am very impressed with the service, and we will surely use them in the future for any plumbing needs.

It was a pleasure to meet the gentlemen that came to work on my Aunts broken sewer line today. Not only were they pleasant to talk to about the job at hand, they explained the process showed me the damage at the trap being removed, and showed me also the video of the iron pipe from the trap to the street at the main sewer line that was broken. I felt confident enough in their visual explanations of the breaks that were in the pipes but also seeing the broken pipes firsthand. Initially I only wanted the trap repaired that we suspected to be the problem for the sewer backup for the last 18 months. However after discussing remedy’s to keep the broken areas from backing up again, it was decided that I would also have the pipe lined to make sure it won’t need repaired again in the future. Of course I’m spending more than my initial investment, but the small amount I’ll be paying on top of the first job is worth the piece of mind that it’s been repaired properly. Thank you Metz plumbing for all your advice and help. I’ll be looking forward to seeing the finished product of a completely dry basement and no sewer backups.

What an incredible crew! Polite, professional, experienced and going out of the way to make sure the customer gets the best out of the contract. It starts with the Metzs and it trickles all the way down to their incredible crew!

I wouldn't hesitate to call them again, but knowing how well they do their job, I doubt if I will need them again! Process of making appointments, contract documentation, scheduling are all super convenient and reassuring.
