Mi-Lady Corset Shop, Jenkintown PA

I literally stumbled upon this place today, and it was one of the best things that could have happened to me. I have struggled a lot trying to find the proper fit for a bra for a long time, so it was a true relief to find really talented individuals that really fit the bra/style to the person. I appreciate the individual care. I’m excited that I have found a home to grow my bra wardrobe and care.

I have been going to Mi-Lady for over 35 years. As a rite of passage at the original, Olney, store and now in the "new" location in Jenkintown.

Marcy (and now Sheara) are the BEST! They do all the work so we can reap the benefits ladies. They get to know you and are able to make bra and undergarment recommendations for you using information from their loyal client base.

Your bras ARE an investment. They should be valued like shoes or handbags.you wear them more than your favorite outfit, they work harder than any garment you own. So you need to be confident about their ability AND you need to feel good while wearing them.

I have sent so many friends (and their daughters) to Mi-Lady over the years. No one has come away disappointed and typically they are new customers for life!

Don't forget that Mi-Lady can also assist with clients who have had breast surgery. So many options exist.you just need to find the people who want you to get back to your NEW self!

Visited 4 years ago while I in college and was seeing family in town. I got the best treatment with total professionalism and no judgement. We visited again today with my mom and my aunt and it was another amazing experience. They listened to what we liked and made changes and suggestions. I really can’t express how wonderful this place is and how incredible all of the ladies are. Definitely worth the trip even from across the country, especially if you struggle with big-name bra stores.

Buyer beware! No returns at all at this store. It doesn’t matter if it doesn’t fit or if you are not happy with the purchase. No exchanges allowed. Basically be 100% sure the item is for you or you will be stuck with an item that doesn’t work!

Outstanding Experience! I just had the absolute best walk in experience EVER! I needed a strapless for support in an evening gown and decided to check this place out. I’d advise you to make an appointment, however it was my lucky day. They were able to take me between appts and the sales associate was so knowledgeable and understood my needs. She was amazing and I can’t wait to go back for more items to update and enhance my modest wear. This is the place to go. I stopped in today on a whim just because it was open, and I’m always looking for places that sell larger bras. Everyone was so pleasant. They fit me within 20 seconds, and it was spot on. They didn’t even use measuring tape. I left in under 20 minutes with a bra that isn’t just my size but also took care of the problems I was having with how they fit around my arms. I’ll be back! I loved it here

I first went for a visit for my wedding in 2021. I spoke to them on the phone to make an appointment and they were polite and courteous. When we showed up we were pleasantly greeted and spoken to in such an unforgettable manner. They were able to find suitable undergarments for me and my whole bridal entourage in no time. They let their years of experience and expertise do the work and we all left happy and lifted lol. Thank you Mi-Lady!

The two white women including the owner were racist and rude towards me and my family. We were curious about the wedding undergarments they sold and they refused to answer any questions because we didn't have an appointment. They claimed to be very busy but the store was empty besides us. I'm very disappointed. But we found an amazing Black women owned intimates shop in Keswick less than 10 mins away. I will not be recommending Mi Lady to anyone.

I absolutely love this shop ladies! I have never had a bra fitting. In my years of living and when my friend and sister suggested I come here. They were kind they were friendly and the woman who fit me was so knowledgeable, taught me how to take care of of the bra properly which I had no clue there was a proper way outside of jist throwing it in the washer machine. I felt like she gave me the perfect bra. I've never felt better. The bras I got were $75 but it was worth it for me. The next day I went to work and my coworkers are asking me if I lost weight and I said nope it's the bra so

Sheara and Marcy are truly experts in their craft! Not to mention they ensure you feel comfortable and like a friend. I was in a true pinch and time crunch. They squeezed me in, had me fitted (perfectly I may add!), and out the door in less than 20 minutes. I’m just a week postpartum and needed undergarments for an upcoming affair. I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to find something comfortable and fitting of my changing body. Sheara took one look at me, no measuring tape needed, and found exactly what I needed. I have never had a bra fit me so well. It’s like it was custom made for my body. I cannot wait to return for more!

Sheara was extremely helpful from the time I made my appointment over the phone until we were in the dressing room. She eyeballed my size and was immediately right! All of her recommendations were perfect. Very quality materials and very knowledgeable owners. This will forever be my go to store!

These ladies literally brought me to tears, after seeing my daughter in her home coming dance dress in a bra that fit properly! They made her feel beautiful & confident, which is sometimes difficult when you have alot to work with, lol. We brought 4 bras & ordered 3 more! We have found our happy place & definitely will be back! Well worth the money!

The rudest owner and here is my story: I called on a Thursday and confirmed my bra fitting appointment with the owner's husband Gary for Saturday. He was very nice. On Friday evening I was teaching dance and I use my phone for my music. My phone kept ringing from Mi -Lady. I kept hanging up the phone as I thought it my be spam, as I get over 10 spam calls a day. I finally realized it was them and used my text feature - "I will call you back". The owner never left me a message, when it was clear I was not picking up my phone and yes, I was hanging up because after 4 times in a row, it was distracting while I was trying to teach! I call the morning of my appointment and state to Gary, I realized someone was calling me last night but I could not answer my phone. I am confirming that I will be there today at 3: 00. Gary said great, we will see you then. I walk in the door a little before 3 and the owner says to me, I put someone else in your appointment slot. I actually thought she was kidding. I sad, Why? She said because I tried to call you last night (over 3 times and the phone kept hanging up). So I explained (as stated above). With absolutely no understanding in her voice, she says well, you didn't pick up the phone and she says I waited here until 6: 45 for you to call me back. I was pretty shocked at her lack of professionalism and understanding. I said but I called Gary this morning to confirm and he said, great we will see you later. She said he never told me. NOT my problem! She did not even offer to reschedule. There was no niceness to this woman. She called m rude. Hmm, how ironic! DO not go here. I have already scheduled an appointment with Jay-Ann in Huntingdon Valley. I am reporting Mi-Lady to the Better Business Bureau.

Marcy, Sheara & their staff are THE BEST! They fit me in for an appointment extremely last minute even though they were booked out for days. Sheara took one look at me and brought back two garments that fit me PERFECTLY, no measurements taken or anything. I was there for maybe ten minutes! They are experts and amazing at what they do. They are incredibly friendly, too! I refer everyone to Mi-Lady and they all return raving about their experiences! If you want a stress-free shopping experience, make an appointment here!

Best experience purchasing bras ever! I’ve always struggled to find bras that truly fit and by just looking at me, they were able to grab several options in different sizes that all ended up fitting. Was in and out in less than an hour with 4 bras and a sports bra. So thankful for this place! Looking forward to swim suit shopping here for next summer for the first time in my life

OBSESSED with this store! The owner and her daughter are absolutely wonderful, so kind, so encouraging. They do not measure you because they don't have to. They look at your body and know roughly what size you are, then you try on a bunch from there. Worth every penny. I drive about 45 minutes to get there and I will never shop anywhere else for my bras. I'm roughly a 38/40 H and have never felt so supported in my bras in my life.

My Mom and went there because my dressmaker who is making my birthday dress recommended them for my undergarments and we absolutely loved it my strapless bra fit so perfect and I was happy to see plus size women encouraging girls like me to be confident with my shape wear and size, My mom and I will be back.
