Finally a michaels where you can find an employee that actually knows what items they carry

They had some employees and the one who asked if I needed help was the cashier, Lindsey she is the best.

This so is always so clean and neat. I always find what I need there. They seem to be short staffed though.

This location only seems to hire friendly people, and there's always a sale on the things we are looking for. Either that or everything is always on sale. It's definitely our go-to crafting store now.

The Worst. Online it says it has products that it doesn’t. Portly run and managed. Only one person running the entire registers. POORLY MANAGED!

Normally I don’t write reviews like this however, my friend and I came in 20 minutes before close and just we’re doing a quick browse. There were two employees closing the store, but one with short hair let us know they were closing in 15 min and spoke on the loud speaker when we were the only two people in there that they were closed “at nine on the dot. ” I work retail and I’m a manager where I am and it honestly just made us feel uncomfortable to be in there. We were aware of the time and didn’t intend on being long to begin with. I just don’t think it was necessary to have to go out of your way to continue to make announcements, just come up to us and ask if we need help instead. We were out of the store before closing. Just very distasteful.

They don't honor their own reward center coupons, store is dirty, poorly maintained and employees are rude.

They had exactly what my wife was looking for. They are conveniently located near the campground where we were staying. They have a large parking lot that they share with Best Buy, Olive Garden, Panera Bread and other stores.

Bad place to work I did not get my schedule from them. When I called later they already took me off the schedule and informed me it was online but I didn’t think it worked as it said 8-5 everyday of the week. But In a way it ok the managers that are there are not willing to help when we are busy. When I was on register all by myself I was told to put prices on ribbons One by one then I got yelled for not being on register. It was only my first week. Training is terrible They rely on there “training videos” to train you. Christina and Kaitlyn Yelled at me for not being on register multiple times as she told me to label the ribbon one day and another to front product and put product back that are out of place. When I asked for help she just rolled her eyes and ignored the walkie when requested help when there was a line. For $9 an hour it unacceptable for them wanting you do everything at once like I have a clone

Plenty of parking, handycap accessible, well stocked, friendly staff, never seen long lines here

Bought 4 picture frames for my artwork. Very reasonable frame prices and a lot of styles to choose from. The lady cashier with glasses was a joy to talk to while paying. Nice cheerful attitude.

Some simple craft items can be a bit pricey, but their selection of yarn can't be beat. These days thousands of things can be bought cheaply online, but certain things will always be better in person. Specifically picking out colors your trying to get just right. You can't choose the perfect shade of blue sky paint from a picture in a tiny thumbnail. Craft shops like these let you see and get idea of what you are getting almost perfectly instantly, instead of waiting a few days to get something shipped to you and find out your blue looks more teal.

Had a great young girl with an invader Zim shirt and green/pink hair (I didn't catch her name) but she went above and beyond to help my husband and I multiple times during our visit today. All of our questions were answered and barely a line on a nice Saturday afternoon.

Not the same they never have what you need they will never be like AC Moore. So many out of stocks and the store is layout is so confusing

Very clean store and easy to find stuff If you’re use to this Michael. Three stars because there is never associates helping customers but there’s always one cashier that has to call for back up.
