Michaels, Lancaster PA

Great place to go for all your craft supplies. And they have something for everyone no matter your age or gender I'm certain you can find something that will spark your creativity. I was buying bracelets online for $30 to $50 dollars and my wife had the idea to go here and find supplies to make them herself for a fraction of the price. And I think they are turning out great!

Pretentious, don’t know their aisles, not willing to show you around. And don’t carry chalkboard chalk

This is the most organized and well kept Michale’s store in the Lancaster/Harrisburg area for sure. I always prefer to shop here.

Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the young lady that helped me, nor can I find it on my receipt. However, she was lovely and patient with me trying to find my coupon. And then again as I had 2 different gift cards, and yet a 3rd payment option. She was so kind and courteous, despite being the only person at the registers.

Love shopping at this store except when item noted as available online is paid for and no longer available at pick up! Fix that and you will perfect!

First visit to this location, I have been a customer of the chain for many years, as with all locations this one was well appointed fully stocked and had friendly staff

Went to the store with a list of 20+ items to buy.couldn't find anything I was looking for! And not even one single employee from the store to be found for help. I have no other option but to buy online, so in that case I'm going to Amazon

Had two pictures framed and the person helping me was great. Lisa took her time and showed me lots of options. Couldn't use any coupons for custom framing which it says 20% entire purchase. Very misleading!

Things are better stocked than last year, of course more self checkout counters but a delightful lady was there to assist with problems or questions.

Great selection always have sales. Even better now that they added the self checkout kiosks. Seems to move much faster at checkout.

I love Michael's! Prefect place for all things crafts! Some things are a little high in price but most is reasonable! I always put a Christmas village up each year and it's a good place to get things for my village! They run 40% off and you get the best deals then!

This store is always fun to go in. And always find something awesome to buy. Especially when their seasonal items are on sale!

This location has plenty of shared parking and tge lot is well lit. Inside you'll find a clean store that's well stocked and organized very well! The staff is always available to help you with questions or recommendations and seem happy doing so. Highly rated location!
