My mom and I went to get picture frames and some containers for the beads from her diamond dots. The one employee was super helpful finding what we were looking for.

Had exactly what I was looking for. I am not a craft person. But great verity of crafts, decorations, etc.

This local Michael's store does amazing custom framing! Their framing associate, Wanda, is truly a specialist. She really has a sense of what might work with a given piece of art. She is able to offer framing choices that I wouldn't necessarily have chosen but that are spot on. She really anticipates my needs as a buyer and is patient while a take time (often too much time) to choose. Incredible experience overall!

Michael's is my favorite craft and creativity store. I love their rewards program and special sales!

There's always things to find at Michaels no matter what your level of craft experience is. If you just walk through and take the time to look.an idea will spark! The employees are friendly and helpful which is great

I’m not a frequent shopper at Michaels and am somewhat lost when I go in. Thank goodness Rhonda was at the register and saw that I looked like a deer in the headlights. I told her what my wife ask me to pickup and she immediately looked it up and took me to the area of the store where I could find it. It ended up painless for me. Thank you again Rhonda for the help in finding the Krylon frosted glass paint.

Ordered custom framing from Wanda today. She's the best one there. My mother and I occupied over an hour of her time having 10 custom pieces ordered as well as her helping us buy other frames from the shelf. She is so knowledgeable of all the products and made the selection process so easy for me.

A great craft store with almost everything you need for your art hobbies! There's a huge variety of brands in each aisle, pretty reasonably priced for the quality of their products. The staff were so kind and helped with locating an item for acrylic pouring. Checkout was hassle-free and they ensured I found everything I needed. I've been here plenty of times and had positive experiences with their services each time!
