16The store is always clean and well organized. Staff are friendly and helpful, although sometimes hard to find with the store being so large.
This store is big. It has everything I could think of for creating almost anything your mind could want. Cashiers were friendly and fast.
They don't have as good of coupons as they used to before the closure. Sales aren't as good either. People aren't as friendly
They have a good selection of craft supplies. I suggest shopping with coupons or waiting for sales because some items can be pricey.

My granddaughters wanted to do paintings for family as Christmas gifts - got great deals on canvases, brushes & paints - used to shop at AC MOORE but they are out of business so tried Michaels & love it more than AC

Clerk was helpful & friendly. I had to return a duplicate stamp & she adjusted a 20% coupon.
The clerks working on the floor weren't very helpful. The store was not busy, because when I asked them for assistance, I interrupted their "shelf tidings up". So, given directions, I found what I was looking for; in a store I don't shop in other than to buy gifts.
Great selection of craft supplies. Over-priced, though. But since A. C. Moore closed, it's the only option in the mall.
Very excellent at getting art supplies for crafts. But my wife and I would love to see faux fur yarn and fabric with fur on it to make like puppets and other stuff. But they have pretty much everything else.
Didn't find what I needed, since was something seasonal. But did find other things we were interested. The employees were very nice
Very busy, probably because of the time of the year. Found what we were looking for and was back out of the store in about 15 minutes.
