Everything is arranged in a way that's easy to find. It makes it easy for a quick trip in and out to grab what I need. Also, my girls love the craft workshops they offer.

Very helpful store associates, good sales, lots of products to choose from, and easy to use self checkouts.

Always love Michaels.since getting my Cricut in January, I've got a serious Recollections cardstock addiction! Darn them for suckering me in with BOGO!

It's a nice store but just like so many they have decided to add more self checkouts and less actual cashiers. This is why brick and mortar stores are slowly dying out.

Was disappointed with their papers selection. Paper packs are all of us but picked out and just saw solid colors instead of patterns.

I made a mistake by going in to pick up some Christmas Tree Flocking on Black Friday.the checkout line was all the way to the back of the store.thankfully there were a few cans of Flocking left on the shelf.the store reeked of estrogen. LOL.that's a joke, but I was the the only dude in the entire packed store.the line went pretty quick and I was out the door 15 minutes. I'm a huge fan of Michael's! Love shopping at Michael's for all my crafting and supplies!

They didnt have a very big selection of flowers while i was there shopping with my mom for my wedding boutiques not even a big selection for wedding items either.

Not a large selection of jewelry pieces and the "semi precious stones" are poor quality stones.

I picked up the wrong glue sticks and did not notice it until I tried to put them in my glue gun. They made the return SO simple! I will definitely be back!

Had what I needed. 2 shadow boxes.plus a whole lot of craft needs for lots of projects.another store trying to eliminate jobs with self check-out.at least there was one person there to check-out.

I was having trouble with a coupon while going thru the self checkout and everyone was very helpful! Thank you to the cashier and managers for being so nice

The ladies restroom was a terrible terrible mess. The toilet was clogged and seemed like it was there for days. No sign letting you know so everyone walked into that mess.

Arrived for 1830 reservations for 11 on time. 1915, the waitress finally brings water. At 1930, they decided to have a staff meeting, all at once, and left our drink orders sitting on the bar. Not even a bartender available as we were parched. Finally recieved our meals at 2015. There were, at best, 10 tables seated including ours.
I had the $85 Hillside special which was a 8oz filet, an 8oz lobster tail and a signature crabcake.with baked potato and applesauce (specifically asked for no cinnamon on the applesauce. The crab was underseasoned and bland, the lobster was inedibly overcooked. The steak was decent, if you love gorganzola. They forgot the baked potato, and put about a Tbsp of cinnamon on my applesauce.
Overall, for the price of the meal, i dont think i will be returning in the future.

Shopping at the Camp Hill location in person is fine-between the app and looking around, I can usually find what I need. I’ve tried their online shopping multiple times, hoping each time would be better than the last, but I ALWAYS have issues. Between items being out of stock even though the app shows differently, my order never being in the pickup area, and the rudest employees when I do have to ask about my order, the convenience of online pickup is invalid. I will be only shopping in-store from now on.
