I am a beginner at yarning. I was lucky to have Meg help me. She educated me about options in what kind of yarn to start with, explained the different kinds of needles, and introduced me to a loom. She even gave me a tutorial on how to use it. The one-to-one attention was something you just don’t get anymore. It was so helpful. Thank you, Meg. I’m off to a fun start thanks to you!

This is a good-sized stores with a variety of craft goods from beads and scrap-booking to paint supplies and holiday supplies.

Very nice and helpful staff. They helped me carry a bunch of frames out to my car. When I got home I discovered one was broken and they let me exchange it very easily!

Lots of picture frames clearanced, wish I would of know what size I needed. Lots of fall decorations out.

I couldn't find what I was looking for and they were severely understaffed. I tried asking one of the workers for help but they brushed me off because they were too busy. I walked out with half of what I came looking for and had to order the rest off their website. Felt very frustrated leaving

We shop here a lot. We have a 15 year old who loves to make t shirts. She has her own heat press and other shirt making contraptions. It would be nice it you would sell more products for this craft. Your selections are limited. Your staff is not very knowledgeable about it. We have to go to a large distributor to buy product for her.

Great store experience! Online shopping could be better. Keep going to store to fix online receipts.

The staff is super friendly and the store is clean, bright and well organized. The prices on some items can be a bit high, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5, but they carry a wide selection of all sorts of crafts. If you can't wait for the mail, you will most likely find what you need here!

I went into this location and asked the cashier Bonnie for suggestions on what I could use for a pin board. She was happy to walk me to the section personally, give me other ideas, and add some sparkle to my project. So happy with the excellent customer service and to have creative associates helping out.

A great store for craft items. If you are looking for odd sized picture frames, this is the place to putchase them. If for some chance, they don't have what you need, it can be made just for you.

Over priced and I can't believe they don't sell nice stationary. I guess letter writing is a lost art.

Serves all my art and craft need. It's huge so make sure to ask for help in case you can't something. The staff is very helpful.

I wanted mounting clips for a metal frame. The associate told me they had no metal frame paraphernalia at all. So it was a wasted trip to the Waterfront store.

I give 3 stars because they have a lot there and the store is clean with helpful staff. My issue is that they have a lot of over priced stuff.seriously I found most of what I was looking to buy elsewhere for more than half the price of what they were charging! If you don't mind paying their exuberant prices have at it.

I ordered online and went to pick up in store. It was pretty straight forward but not being familiar with the store a couple more signs since been nice. I had to wait a little but thankfully another employee came to assist with the line and he was very friendly.

There are super interesting things sold here. Everything you need to develop your creativity and manifest it. The prices can be better, but you can find items on very attractive sales. The staff is friendly and willing to help. The cashier even included a cupon in our purchase which we were not aware of but applied an extra 20% discount on top of the items on sale we bought.

Great sales on frames and a decent variety of other items.

Bought a frame, glass cracked during transport, and was told it was store policy to not accept returns for the scenario. Manager was kind enough to offer an exchange for another frame. I dont normally review, but this gesture deserves recognition. Thank you for the favor!

I like this location in particular because the staff are always very friendly and helpful. I often have NO idea what I'm doing when I take up a new craft, but employees make it easy for me to find what I'm looking for, even when I don't entirely know what I need, myself.:)

I love Michael's so I spend way too much time and money in there. There's always something enticing and the 40% off coupons help a lot.
