Brian at Michael’s Jewelry was amazing to work with. Helped us throughout the whole process of creating a custom engagement ring! Definitely would never go anywhere else for jewelry. He was so patience, kind and made sure we felt heard in the whole process; with updating us the design with their CAD system. The engagement ring was way more than we could have imagine! I brought in my grandmothers wedding infinity band. It’s over 100 years old. Missing a diamond, completely misshapen, and never been polished or cleaned. It had a huge sentimental value to me. They replaced the missing diamond, reshaped, and cleaned it. It looks like new! So very very very happy. Great price too!

I went to Michael's Jewelers in yardley to try and find my (former) girlfriend her dream ring. We worked with Mike and Kate to take the image in her head and find the perfect engagement ring for her. They were able to reach out to their large diamond distribution network and find us a very specific stone that she absolutely loves. Here's a hint for the guys if your girl likes elongated diamonds, it's all about the length to width ratio! After that they coached us on the bands and I took a gamble and went against my fiance's choice of a smaller band to a slightly larger one they recommended. When I gave it to her she absolutely loved it and even thought it was the smaller band because it matches the ring better. Definitely listen to their advise and knowledge and they will not steer you wrong. This was an amazing experience and I don't think I would have gotten the level of customer service I did anywhere else!

Working with Michael and Kate from start to finish was a great experience. They listen to exactly what you want, offer their expertise, and are honest. Michael was given a harder than normal task and he knocked it out of the bark park and delivered what he said he would do! He’s a patient man. Beautiful diamonds, and with the variety of jewelry selection made it a one stop shop. My fiancé and I are customers for life! Thank you for being part of our new chapter in life.

I interacted with 4 different staff members when getting my engagement ring set here. All 4 were super friendly and answered any questions I had in the store and also later when I called back. As someone inexperienced with jewelry/diamonds the staff here definitely made this process easy for me. Can’t thank them enough.

I went to Michael’s jewelers upon a referral. I worked with Kate and Kelly. Both were wonderful to work with. They gave me clarity in the entire process from diamonds to the whole ring.
