I rented two rooms. I loved that the rooms were connected. In the morning we had breakfast and it was great. The staff was very friendly.
Got what I paid for cheap rate hallways very dirty, no current elevator inspection. Continental breakfast was very good
We rented two rooms, one room had blood on the sheets and my children found cigarette lighters in the other room. We were also charged 150 more than we were told at check in.
Our stay has been wonderful! I will admit I was worried when I first saw the building. I wasn’t sure what the rooms would be like, especially since we only paid about $88 a night! The rooms are really cute and clean. We had a suite with a microwave, little fridge and a coffee maker. They’re very quaint and lovely! I will totally stay here again and would definitely recommend!
My granddaughter stayed there. The room was very nice. The AC didn't work in the first room so they moved her to a room that did. The staff was very nice and pleasant.
This was our best room and stay in Microtel to date. The room was large and clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was a feast. Kudos to the staff our stay was excellent.

Close to the Athens exit from SR220. Plenty of parking and just a few minutes from Guthrie hospital.
Office person in afternoon was offensive and rude. The hotel smelled if an intense of some sort. NEVER WILL I OR MY COMPANY be using this hotel again.
Room was clean but bear minimum but no hot breakfast as advertised was just fruit doughnuts and drinks coffee tra and oj said on the side waffles toast nope just cold lots of sweets not good for diabetes
Clean comfortable rooms, but breakfast was considerably less than advertised (even the options listed in the lobby breakfast area were not present) and the English muffins were stale and hard.
The room was nice and clean and overall inexpensive. But while I was there the ice machine was broke and none of the vending machines were in order. Other than that it wasnt too bad.
This place is a dump. Very rude people. The whole place has an awful smell. I went to my room, the refrigerator didn't work, the bed smelled like urine, the sheets were dirty, but the bed bugs didn't seem to mind. It wouldn't let me leave 0 stars. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
The proprietor was friendly.
BUT, we had to go back to the desk to ask for soap and shampoo. Then we realized neither did we have cups. A trip to the breakfast room to get cups. The water was luke warm
no matter how long we ran it.
When we went to put the TV on…. No remote was in the room. Cleanliness lacked.
When we checked out and talked to the proprietor he did give us a $10 discount.
