I was pleasantly surprised for my first visit. The entire support staff was nice and answered all my questions. I look forward to going back.

I like this office because it is small without lots of people in the waiting room, and I can get there by taking the back roads and avoiding the congestion on City Line Avenue. I was taken right away, didn't have wait forever. The staff was very nice, and Dr. Sivalingam is a lovely person.

Dr. Gaughan is excellent. He has a wonderful upbeat way of answering questions. Very knowledgeable and thorough

The staff was not helpful. Lisa, the surgical coordinator, provided written instructions to get a history and physical form filled out and returned to her. I did so, then followed up by email to make sure she received it. No response. 2nd email. No response. Phone call. She said did I read the instructions regarding what to do? I said yes. Did you read my email following up? She said yes, but she only tells people if she does NOT receive the form. Ooooookay. So you just ignore patients, then? Got it.

Dr, Mehta's warmth and caring for her patients make her an outstanding physician! And the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The only doctor’s appointment where the appointment time is honored and there is a respect for the patient’s time. Thorough exam, minuscule wait time and efficient operation. The absolute best.

Ease of temperature check, very little waiting time & one on one conversation with Dr. Fischer very positive. Keep up the good work!

Dr. Metha (spellcheck) and the techs were AMAZING. They explained everything in detail from start to finish. The team worked together to get the patients seen.

This was my first time having something done to my eyes and they made me feel and ease. They called me that night to make sure I was ok. Highest Mark's to staff and Dr. Kahn.

I have a condition with one eye that requires injections. Sounds terrible, I know.but it's not! My doctor, Dr. Fisher is a wonderful person and an outstanding doctor, and I cannot imagine anyone that I'd rather have taking care of my eyes! Additionally, the office has selected and trained an A+ level of staff. They too are kind, have wonderful sense of humor, understand that our eyes are precious to each of us, and if the example of how they treat patients is even half as good for others as it's been for me, they'd still get an A+.

While there are no doubt exceptions to this, I have not yet encountered them. The doctors and staff clearly value the importance of what they do and enjoy what they're doing! As patients, how can you possibly go wrong?
