Dr Chiang is very good. However the practice not good at all. 1.5 hour wait. Our time is just as important. Billing too aggressive. Don’t say what we owe before we get our EOB. Right now they owe us money and tried to collect more!

Emergency care for detached retina was excellent. Dr Xu was terrific. Scheduled me for surgery the next day in Philadelphia. Had a potential insurance issue and the scheduler kept in contact with me throughout the evening to make sure all was in place. Thank you all.

I called 2 weeks ago and made an apt. I told them my ins info and all was good. I ca.e to my apt and was told my insurance wasnt accepted. They had left me a voicemail the day before on a freaking Sunday. I took the day off of work and everything. Horrible job

Phone system is terrible. Have tried 4 times over last few days. I’m on hold for about 5 minutes and then it hangs up.

The staff was amazing from start to finish the nurses were very knowledgeable and explain what was going to happen every step of the way. Dr. Chiang was fantastic you have a great establishment with the best people possible. Thank you for getting in my so quickly. You guys are the best!

Horrible wait time for every appointment! Maybe they should stop and think about their patients time being valuable, instead of overbooking! Doctor is good, the wait time for appointments is “unacceptable “Nurses are rude with no manners or consideration for their patience. No patients! No job!

Dr Spirn has treated me twice. Once to close a tear to my eye. Using a head mounted laser, he closed a tear and repaired a bleeding blood vessel. All at Mid Atlantic are real good at what they do. Dr Spirn is VERY VERY GOOD, No, he is an excellent surgeon to trust your vision to. He cares and he does not like loosing to disease, he advocates for you by his actions. Dr Spirin is the best, to me. The rest of Mid Atlantic Retina, I Most Certainly would use them in an Emerging (I have used them) as they are all extremely talented. The last time I had to go to Mid Atlantic Retina, I was a fit in, emergency visit. I saw another Dr that was ready to do anything necessary to help me with retina issues. Nothing other than a checkup was done that day, I guess I was still healing. Other ophthalmologists speak very very highly of MId Atlantic Retina, the practice, plural. They are all very talented, I like dr Spirin that’s all.).

Dr. Garg is fantastic! He takes his time, explains everything and answered all of my questions. He's everything you would want in a surgeon.

Second opinion. Very knowledgable, Dr. Fischer explained everything so I could understand what the problem is. Also my next steps I need to take to fix the problem and save my eyesight. Thank you for taking the extra time I needed to understand and calm my fears.

Dr. Fischer and Dr. Chiang are excellent, they care and take their time to listen and explain things. The Medical assistants are very kind.
