While en route to a visit a firend my tire pressure light came on. Already 45 mins away from my home, I was fortunate that Midas was close by. I wish I knew his name but the manager/staff behind the counter was incredibly kind, immediately took care of me himself and was nice enough to educate me about the issue for future reference. All free of charge. I'm grateful that I was at the right place at the right time. Thanks again!

Very very bad went there for state inspection and everything past but my tire light was on tire and all the tire needed was just air they charge me for a tire value stem 125.00 and the light still comes on after they said they fix it and wouldn't put a state inspection sticker on until I paid and said that was the law i called penn dot and that was not true and also listed things in my next visit that my car needed and that was all wrong and the time I was waiting was to long after I made the appointment 2 hour in the waiting room I'll never go there again

Great customer service and very friendly staff. They found a few things wrong with my car, explained everything throuoghly. Offer a time line of how long it would take to do the repairs and a priority of what needs done soon and long term. They also offered payment plans.

Took me right in without appt. Nice and professional staff. Oil change for 18.99. Will definately go back.

First time going here today and was very impressed-. The staff was friendly and efficient, nice cozy waiting area as well. I needed a fuse replaced for my cigarette lighter and they took me right away and didn’t charge me for it. Overall a great experience and definitely will go back again for other services needed! Nothing but good things to say about this location; this is the only place I trust with my car. Staff is friendly and attentive, happily will answer any questions that you have and are very knowledgeable. Prices are fair, and staff works hard to get you in and out in a timely manner - No matter what Work I’m having done I’ve always been pleased with how quickly They get things taken care of for me. Top notch customer service and top notch care for my vehicle! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Chose this location after reading reviews. Wish I didn’t. Don’t go here. There are plenty of other shops in this area that probably have much better customer service and can do a better job.

My muffler broke and they were able to get me in the next day. Nick, the manager, was especially helpful. They were able to order the parts and get the new muffler on the same day. An extra, fabulous bonus is that they had a car I could borrow to get to work and back! Midas made it a simple, easy, stress free repair! Thank you!

Took my husbands car in on a busy Saturday morning for an inspection and the manager was able to accommodate us even without an appointment.

Was a great service that they did, it only cost me about a quarter od what the dealership was going to charge me for the same service, very friendly and knowledgeable group of people and i was in an out within a half hour, they actually explained what the dealership told me was wrong and showed me the parts they needed to order, very helpful and nice service through Midas

I chose this location because of previous reviews. I can say that Nick and his team did not disappoint. I have been working on a vehicle with an exhaust system issue. After wasting a lot of time and patience, I decided to finally take the vehicle in to have it worked on.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The exhaust removal was a lot more involved than I think any of us would have imagined. The crew pulled together and they were able to complete the job that has caused me grief for weeks. They charged me a very fair price and they will definitely have my business in the future. Thanks again guys!

Nick accommodated my immediate need for new brakes on a Sat AM. Price was fair and even included $100 rebate. He took the time to show me the wheel assembly when it was up on the rack and explained the situation with my tires. Overall very satisfied.

I have been going to Midas for a little more than a year to take care of my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They are the best! Very professional, quick and provide quality service. Nick the manager is especially great as he always makes sure my car is taken care of and does not provide services it does not need at the time. Midas Colmar is honest, helpful and great! I will continue to get my car serviced here for as long as I’m in the area.

Easy to make an appointment. Courteous staff. In and out in no time. Thought it was cool they threw me a text a few days later to see how everything was. Third time I’ve used them at two different locations and service was always great. Good prices too. Don’t see myself going to anyone else.

Great experience! Made a phone call to ask a few questions spoke to Nick and he said come in for a free inspection to see what I needed. When I arrived I was greeted by Joel and he took my information and got my vehicle into the shop for a look to see what I needed to be done. He showed and explained what was needed and said your exhaust system can be repaired instead of replaceing it. Gave me a very good price and they completed the work in a few hours. So if you are in need of any repairs stop give Nick or Joel a call or stop in to see them. I was told a very high price to replace my exhaust system by a local repair shop. And I couldn't afford it so I remembered that I always heard good things about Midas. So do yourself a favor and go to see them what a great experience and wonderful day at Midas on 309 in Colmar PA.

Yet again, another great experience at Midas of Colmar. After some work at a local Ford Dealer, I was advised that I had one set of tires and front brakes that were getting close to state minimum on my 2012 Explorer. Midas Colmar had installed the lifetime brake shoes a few years back. Reached out to the Colmar store this past Friday to discuss and planned to replace with same expensive Michelin tire. The store manager, Nick, was more than willing to replace with the same tires and inspect the brakes but in an effort to help save me some money, suggested Cooper Discoverer SRX as comparable replacement tires. I am very particular about the noise coming from tires. Having no experience with Cooper, I did some research and appeared to be very much a comparable tire. Called Nick back, he was able to work me in the next day, replaced all four tires, inspected the brakes (which were at half life - not lower), and aligned my vehicle all for a lower price than if I just purchased 4 Michelin's again. He even followed up with me today to make sure I was happy with tire decision, something that I have never experienced before from any service repair. Awesome customer service.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I came in for an inspection and needed new front tires. I had them do it for nearly $300. After 2 years of driving my car with no issues, 2 weeks after I had them change my tires, suddenly the car wouldn't move at all! Turns out the front brakes were missing parts! It cost me $800 to fix at a different shop and when I asked NATE THE MANAGER for any type of refund he said "there's no way I could know your brakes would go out" and refused to do anything. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

STAY AWAY! Terrible customer service. Got an oil change and waited over 5 hours! Took it home and my car was leaking all over the place! The manager Nick refused to redo it for free.never again

Frequently, we take our vehicles here for service. We have never been let down by any of the services we received. Good pricing, great mechanics, overall a 5 star business. Would recommend to others.
