Midas, Butler PA

I Had my first appointment here today and it will not be my last. I have had services done with several “competitors” through Butler and Midas has won me over by:
- immediately being welcomed into the facility by the manager.
- The waiting area and bathroom were clean and there was hot coffee for the customers.
-When the other staff members walked into the waiting are they all smiled and greeted people.
- My service was done in a timely manner.

Great business and staff.

Made appointment online walked in at time stated took me right in. Professional and friendly. I will go back.

I went into the shop to get an alignment and a few other minor things done to my car and the technicians were amazing as well as the manager. Since that experience I will only be taking my car to them for service. The technicians had my car running like it was brand new, they are amazing! I recommend all my friends to take their vehicles there as well.

Terrible experience. I don’t typically write negative reviews but I hope to save someone else the time, money, and stress. Went in for a scheduled alignment and they told me I NEED to have a wheel bearing replaced first (which they quoted at over $500) and that it was in such bad shape they could shake the tire while lifted. After they canceled my next 2 appointments- once within an hours notice and another time after I already dropped the car off, I took it to another local shop that gave me a much better quote that included a better warranty and a much lower price. After inspecting the car, and performing tests, the other shop informed me there is nothing wrong with my wheel bearings and that they were all in GREAT shape. They were baffled that I was convinced I needed one replaced. - PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS, THEY HAVE TRIED THIS SAME THING ON OTHERS.

Scam. Although this might be a quick stop for service but they will try to pull a fast one. After taking in my car in for a simple alignment I was told I needed new wheel bearings and was quoted a high ticket cost to have it done. They tried to pressure me to bring it back in the next day or leave it over night. I took my car to another shop for a second opinion even though it was a longer wait line and they told my bearings were fine and they laughed at the quote I received because of $$$$

Dealt with a guy named Cameron. Was extremely professional and on time with what was promised. Repairs were completed correctly and at a fair price. Will be back next time I need something to deal with him again!

Absolutely great service! Cameron was so helpful and such a sweetheart! We got an oil change and fluids topped off and checked and will definitely be back for future car needs. Great experience overall!

Do not take your car to be inspected here. They will always find something wrong! And it's usually close to 800 to over $1,000. They told me my wife's car needed tires brakes rotors and calipers. The bill would have been $1,500. I took my car to a tire shop. They said my tires were fine. I had my car inspected by another location and everything was perfect. This place will guarantee to rip you off.

My husband and I bring our vehicles to the Butler PA location, and have for several years. Ryan is very personable and makes us feel very welcome and comfortable in trusting him and his team. They've always done a good job on our services, have reasonable rates, are very timely to accommodate appointments, and overall provide satisfaction. We especially appreciate the customer service from Ryan, who provides that "small town business" feel at a chain shop.

They got me right in which was great. Paid $400 dollars on my muffler work which included welding. Said i would get a year or 2 out of the fix. 1 week later and the weld work failed and my exhaust pipe is falling off. Went back in and left in tears. Never again will i go there. Now i have to find another shop and pay more money.

Was my first stop to attempt a walk in oil change, & they took my vehicle straight back. All associates were friendly and helpful. Cameron, Matt, Josh, & Nate we’re all over it from the moment I walked in the doors!

I go there often to get oil changed.they need to hire more people it takes way way to long to get anything done there.car inspection and oil change 3.5hours.i will say the manager and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.place could be cleaner for sure.

Was great working with the manager Ryan. He was very friendly and knowledgable. He took the time to explain and show me what was wrong with my vehicle when I have little knowledge of cars. Pricing seems fair especially for the honest work they do and we did get a discount for a minor confusion on his part which made me feel better about the quality of work. I will continue trusting them with my Kia Sorento.

Unfortunately they messed our car up, not huge problems and they are fixing the problem. Will we go bk yes, things happen. Might b different if they didn't apologize, order part, and just not care.

I've only had my vehicle here twice so far. Both times I received awesome service and very positive attitudes. They explain what needs done and don't try to make you replace things that don't need it. Will definitely continue bringing my vehicle here.
