I have recently switchec to Midas and have been impressed with their service, pricing and quality. We have 4 cars and Midas is earning more and more of our business

Everyone there was awesome. I needed a rim/tire (thanks potholes) and spare tire replaced and they were able to order both and get them set all in great time.

John was very nice and helpful and explained everything to me about what was getting done with my exhaust.would use their service again.

Took my wife's Camry here as well as my Mustang GT for inspection. Very fair price, and they don't try to upsell you. Their prices for other labor and services are fair as well. Will be continuing to come here.

Bathrooms were gross, I waited around for around 10 minutes for someone to come out to the counter and then she informed me that they didn't have time to give an estimate for an exhaust system. It was only 5 o'clock and they were opened until 6. Oh well, I was able to call a customer and fit in an inspection which made the trip worth while.

Can't get an appointment for a simple oil change on 2 separate occasions despite making appointment request before the store opens.

This midas was very helpful And supportive I am very pleased with the work that was done on my car. I like two different people fix my car before I went there and I was hearing a clicking some loud noise underneath in the front of my car and I didn’t know what it was but I knew something wasn’t right. Also the Manager Cassie was very very helpful And assisting me with making sure I got the right services done on my car today She even helped me apply and get set up with easy pay financing. So I paid a couple hundred today but over the next few months I’ll be able to pay the rest off thanks to her.

Skillful, Amazing at their work. Cassie is good and easy to talk to and easy to relate to. I recommend them to work on your vehicle.

BEWARE OF WHAT THEY CHARGE YOU! I did oil change plus state inspection here. The safety inspection failed and they wanted to charge me a whopping $1500+ to pass the inspection. They just add every possible service they can including tire rotation that I already did from Costco two weeks ago. After I said no they called back and said they forgot to add a $80 coupon on tires. They need to replace all my tires because one of them is not "uniform. " I even felt good for just letting the inspection failed and leave and not spending a penny more here.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Not only is the quality of work very poor, but this place will not correct its own screw ups. To make matters worse, they screwed up a simple task: installation of new brakes.

I initially brought my car to Midas and spent $1,200 for installation of brakes and tires, as well as an alignment.

I then brought the car back a couple of weeks later because there was a squeaking noise coming from the rear wheels. Cory at Midas told me it was the rotors, and I ended up paying another $1,000 to get those installed. At the time, I said I didn’t think it was the rotors because the mechanics did not recommend changing them just a few weeks ago when they installed the new brakes. Plus, I only had 25,000 miles on the car. I ended up trusting Midas and getting the new rotors. That was a huge mistake.

The new rotors didn't help. The squeaking noise from the wheels continued. I then brought the car back to Midas yet again. This time, Cory told me it was something in the axle and to take it to the dealership. He admitted it wasn't the rotors causing the noise and that the rotors didn't need to be replaced.

The dealership discovered the noise was caused by the improper installation of the brakes! The pin in the brake was hitting the rotor. I sent a video and invoice (over $300) from the dealership to show Midas that they had improperly installed the brakes (and endangered my family).

As a result of Midas' incorrect brake installation, I’ve now wasted about $1,500. After many, many calls and emails with the Midas branch and corporate headquarters, many of which went ignored, Midas offered to reimburse me for the invoice from the dealership to repaid Midas' faulty brake installation. But they refuse to refund me for the installation of rotors I never needed and that they misidentified as the problem. The problem was their incompetence when it comes to installing brakes.

I understand that mistakes happen, but I am shocked that Midas would not make things right after admitting to screwing up the brake installation. Do not trust your car to this place, even for the simplest of tasks.

My car emission passed and safety inspection failed. I fixed safety inspection issues by myself within a one month window and I called them for reinspecting the same and provide sticker. They said they cannot do inspection as their emission machine is down. After a week of calling them daily, Finally they said their machine is still down and to inspect the car somewhere else and get refund for what I have paid already. They did not refund as promised.

Got my wife's car's oul changed. Had battery issues. They called, told me about it, gave me a price and then suggestion I go through my warrantee rather than pay them. Very honest people and will be going there again.

I am regular here for routine as well as incidental maintenance of my 2 cars. Great place. Time bound and good quality service. Wi-Fi actually works!
2 valve caps on my tires were metal and got completely jammed in the winter. Just could not get it off no matter what. I showed to Midas in the morning without appointment, requesting help. The guys had to file off the metal pieces and made sure not to damage the sensor. AND did not charge me a dime. Service doesn’t get better than that.

Unprofessional stuff and poor customer service. They changed by brakes and and didn't put the parts together right so I had to pay for another guy to fix their job. I asked them for refund few times and never got one. When I went there to fix my car they were very nice but when I asked for refund they didn't want to talk to me. They shouldn't be working there if they can't change the brakes properly (most important thing in the car).

Great Place to have service done. I am new to the area and really liked how well they treated me and made sure I was comfortable.

Awesome Mike is Back!

Stopped in to my local Midas because I herd Mike was back and running the show in town again. Was great seeing a friendly face that I know and trust with my 5 family cars. I highly recommend you stop in and say hello to this manager and great staff. We have missed you at this location for the past few years. My family and I are looking forward in the great customer service you have always provided in the past and I’m sure in the future. Great move Midas!

I’ve been a customer of Midas for many years. Started in the Downingtown location now at West Chester. Only repair facility I will have my cars worked on. Great job Mike and team!

I have been to the one in Philly and never had the problems I have had here. They tend to attempt to charge you for things you dont need as well as cant seem to put the parts back on right causing me to always go elsewhere to have things reattached that they didnt replace right.

Great quick service. Fair prices. Friendly staff. Clean and organized showroom including bathroom. Been around to many other repair facilities. Midas of West Chester is top notch. Highly recommend
