They were great for the oil changes on the trucks for my company that I work for. They were professional.

Went in there got a oil change.they gave me my car with oil splatter all over the front end. They un educated mechanics. I want the owner to message me cause you never return calls if you call the 1800 number

Anthony, Matt, and Jacob are a great team at the KOP location. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I will definitely recommend them and will be visiting again.

The guys at Midas helped my broken air valve for my tire within a few minutes even withought an appointment and I was back on the road with only a minor delay in my day - going to keep coming back!

I had an excellent experience at Midas in King of Prussia! Anthony and Josh were incredibly professional and informative during my oil change. Not only did they efficiently handle the service, but they also went above and beyond by spotting a nail in my tire and promptly repairing it. Outstanding service!

Very bad experience; after getting my car oil changed,  I discovered an engine oil leak and a broken splash shield.  The next day,  I went back,  and it appeared that the leak had been addressed,  but they disagreed with the splash shield's damage and claimed that the car had been struck by an object and I know that not the case and car was fine before the oil change service, how come splash shield broken exactly next to the engine oil bolt, I will never return back to Midas ever.

I always take my nissan to Midas as they are the only ones I trust with it and the team there is great and they don't try to do work that isn't needed they will make suggestions to improve performance and while they are a little over priced the value of their service is worth the extra for peace of mind

7-10-2023 Took our car in for a state inspection today; the mechanic found bad control arms and a bad brake rotor. On a previous visit, they found a bad wheel bearing which required a change to the front L. Axel, something the dealership didn't catch. Great bunch of people at the K. O. P Midas. We have been taking our Crosstrek hybrid and previous vehicles here to KOP Midas for over 10 years and they do the job effectively, and do their best to keep costs down. We depend on this great team at the King of Prussia location to keep us on the road and safe!

Great experience! Came in for an oil change and tire repair. I was in and out in a flash. Great customer service as well!

Last Sunday I came in the end of day and Ted was able to quickly identify the problem and gave me a temporary fix until I could come in to replace the blower motor. When I came in today it was repaired in less time than I expected. Great service all around.

I went to midas for a throttlebody replacement because I knew for a fact it was my throttlebody. They offered to do it for me for $850. I was not going to pay that price knowing throttlebody’s are between $200-$400 so I was going go somewhere else but then they told me about this credit. I was approved for a credit of 750 And I had to put 113 down After that they told me I’ll just have to pay $69 for 12 months until I pay it off so that was a no-brainer. Why wouldn’t I.come to find out it wasn’t that easy. I set up easy pay and I paid over $1000 call them to tell them i over paid.they tell me I have $500 more to pay…? The original bills 850.they charge me over $600 worth of interest. I told him that’s not right and they said you charge you signed a contract so now.scam don’t go there
