800 Trenton Rd. Everytime we go there it's a nice experience. The cars are always there, and quiet too. If the building & numbers were easier to see it be tops. Quiet community, friendly people and just enough light to feel safe. The management is in the know, and are there to help you with any problem should on arise. We give 5 nubbs up, really nice area to live.

Me & my boyfriend have been here a year now.the apartment complex is very well kept and quite. The maintenance crew is very friendly and typically doing their best to fix what you need fixed.everyone in the office is also very friendly & does their best to accommodate you. I will STATE my biggest issue paying the price we do to live here is to smell nothing but cigarettes.it is NOT a NON-SMOKING COMPLEX (YOU CAN SMOKE IN YOUR APARTMENT), if we have known this we would've NEVER signed a lease here as we've had nothing but issues SMELLING cigarettes ALL the Time to the point we can NOT keep bedroom doors, bath room doors or closet doors closed or it smells HORRIBLE. SO PLEASE BE AWARE AS THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU THIS. As Karen (manager) has done what I guess is all she can do to seal holes & tape what walls needed it's still horrible to sit in my living room and have to smell it while I'm home.other than that enjoy:). Thank you!

THE WORST PLACE I EVER LIVED. First of all management lady KAREN is the definition of a KAREN she’s fake and her and the head of maintence work together romantically. SECOND I had bed bugs, floods, and Karen was the worst! She did nothing and she will stereotype any one who she thinks looks a certain way.

Middletown Trace Apartments are a beautiful place to live. The manager Karen and Assistant Manager Nancy are amazing as well as Alexis. The maintenance staff are second to none. Tim and Rob have done amazing fixes on things. Everything done here is always timely and very good. Any outside contractors used are excellent. This is a wonderful community to be a part of and a safe and well-kept place to live thanks to our top-notch office staff mentioned above and the maintenance staff.

My boyfriend and I have been living at Middletown Trace for half a year now and we honestly have been loving it. The staff are both incredibly friendly (Alexis comes quickly to mind) as well as very responsive: I sent an email regarding a concern and Karen got back to me quickly - we even chatted casually for a bit! The grounds are clean and regularly tended to, maintenance is prompt, the neighbors are friendly but also respect privacy and most importantly - we feel safe living in this community. We have yet to regret choosing Middletown Trace as our first apartment and would recommend it to anyone. My boyfriend and I look forward to the future years living here.

I love it at Middletown Trace Apartments and I highly recommend living here. The grounds and the apartments are well maintained which is due to the entire personable staff.
The maintenance staff is detailed and persistent in fixing issues in timely manner even though I have had only one.
The leasing office staff was the main reason I decided to live here, but I can't say enough about the entire staff. The leasing staff is extremely patient and understanding with me.

Very unprofessional staff. I tried to call 4 days after applied, no one answered, until i called myself and there was someone by name Alexis who acted like she did not know whats going on at all. She did not know all the information regards leasing and she did not give me a correct answer and was very unsure about everything.she did told me that mandatory $25 fee twill be added every month, and rent is $2119 for not even upgraded unit. I do not understand how they can even let someone working there like that. Very disappointing.

I’ve lived in Middletown Trace apartments since 2020.
It’s a beautiful community with attentive staff. Recently the office staff hosted a BBQ event. It was a lovely event with fantastic music and delicious food. My niece and nephew loved the chips and cookies) The beautiful weather added to a perfect afternoon. I understand the logistics and hard work to prepare such an event, the Middletown Trace team get an A+, wonderful event.

I highly recommend living here. Staff is very friendly, quiet complex, neighbors are nice, maintenance team is great and responsive and very clean overall. Unfortunately, the apartments are not smoke free, and cigarette smoke can creep into your apartment somehow if your neighbors smoke indoors. Parking can be tough sometimes if you must park in front of your apartment. However, there's always a spot. Rent can be a little pricey but you really buy your comfort. Plenty of stores and nearby highways in the area. Highly recommended if you're new to the area.

I've lived at Middletown Trace for a year and a half and this is the best complex I've ever lived in. So much of that has to do with the property team. I adore every single person in the Management office and the Maintenance team is top notch. I've never waited for more than 1.5 days for Maintenance and the community always looks polished. This complex is run by a team who truly cares and works hard each day to nail details. The property has also made wise capital investments during my time living here and I'm looking forward to some of the phased work reaching my building. The only reason I'll ever move is if I get transferred again for work.

I recently visited Middletown Trace Apartments and was really impressed by the nice, clean, and quiet apartment community. The Leasing Office staff members are knowledgeable, friendly, and were very helpful in answering my questions after I toured the beautiful apartment. Although, I had to return to the office on several different occasions with the required documents, Susan, Jessica, and especially Karen (Property Manager), were patient and kind. I am truly happy to have located this wonderful apartment community, and I truly appreciate all of the hard-working, professional and dedicated Leasing Office staff!

I'm very grateful for the office Staff as they always available to help with a great attitude even when experiencing high volume of calls such as during our most recent snow storm. I think Karen Mitchell and her team are wonderful

I’ve been residing at Middletown Trace for a little over a year now. Words cannot properly describe how wonderful and efficient all of the staff are here. Karen Mitchell, the property manager is always such a pleasure to speak with. If there is a problem with anything in the apt maintenance is quick to arrive and fix it. Residents are extremely friendly and it is so easy to make lasting friendships. I would highly recommend choosing Middletown Trace if you are looking to move into a 1,2, or 3 bedroom apt!

Big kudos to Karen Mitchell and her team for the awesome job of snow cleanup. The team kept up with the snow shoveling and salting sidewalks and walkways. After moving my car, the parking spots were cleaned up. This is a large complex and a lot of hard work and planning go into snow cleanup. Thank you for all you do!

I have lived at Middletown Trace apartment for over two and a half years and though I'm moving I must say that this has been one of the best experience I have ever had in an apartment. The staff have all been so accommodating and helpful. Ms. Nancy has the warmest personality. She made me feel welcome from the first day I walked into the rental office. Audrey is so nice and has always been pleasant and professional when we spoke. And Karen the office manger is absolutely great! She was always on tops of things. I never called the office for anything and didn't get a positive response from her. She was always warm and welcoming and made sure that our community had everything that it needed. I loved the community activities that they would host. The grounds were always kept up well, and the maintenance staff worked efficiently and were always professional. I'm really going to miss this place. I would highly recommend Middletown Trace to anyone who is looking for a nice, clean, warm and safe community to live in.
