Needed to speak with an attorney for legal advice in a civil manner and was told they didn't do that.

They don't do anything this is a fake place that says they do legal services for those who are low income. You can have a case and they know you have a case but they will tell you they don't take them cases, but they say on there website they handle them cases. Calling them or filling out there application is a waste of your time. Pointless
