I cant say enough great things about my experience (s) at Midtown. An attentive knowledgeable staff that really LISTENS! Since Ive been getting my hair done at midtown, my hair is BETTER THAN ITS EVER BEEN!

Second time coming back, I always love the result. Sophia is my hair dresser. She always does a great job. She doesn’t hestitate telling which style suit you.she always ask before and during the cutting process to make sure that the customers get the style they want. I really appreciate that!

I absolutely LOVED my experience here. Everything was amazing, from the very first phone call and Tina's exceptional customer service to the fabulous haircut by Erin and perfect styling by Rebecca. The best salon I've found in the area. The place is lovely, you really feel special and pampered. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about hair color and products, and they spend so much time with you giving recommendations, ideas, and the proper products for your specific hair type. They also give a written estimate before starting, which is really nice. I love this salon!

Sophia was AWESOME. I got 18 inches of hair cut off and styled. Everyone here was really nice. Great service and great people. 10/10 recommend.

Midtown is the best salon that I have been to by far. The service is amazing, the stylists give you their full attention and truly listen and care. I have been so pleased with my experience and how great my hair cut and color turned out both times! I have definitely found my salon and will recommend to everyone I know!

I love going to Midtown to get my hair done. The environment is friendly and relaxing. The staff are very personable, cheerful, and go out of their way to make sure you’re very comfortable. My hair always looks amazing and I always get compliments about how good my hair looks!

I went in for a balayage and the stylist completely destroyed my hair. She didn’t listen to what I wanted at all and made my hair six different colors and charged me $300. I’ve spent over $700 trying to color correct my hair back to normal with a different stylist. I’d never recommend this place to anyone.

Rebecca is the greatest! I have been a customer for many years and wouldn’t dream of going any where else. The service is always warm and friendly, and I am thrilled with my cut every time. The new salon space is perfect, also! I am eternally grateful for Midtown Hair.

I absolutely this salon! Kristen is a fantastic stylist, the decor is lovely, and the shampoo chairs are exquisite. Getting a shampoo at a salon was always uncomfortable for my neck, but Midtown Hair Company's shampoo chairs feel luxurious enough to nap on!

I LOVE my hair! I did the "big chop" and I couldn't have been in better hands! I felt welcome from the second I entered the salon. Rebecca took her time and showed me around. It was THE best experience I've ever had and I can't wait to go back!

Amber is so talented and committed to making sure the cut is right before I walk out of the salon. I just started seeing her a few months ago and I am hooked, I love the way she cuts my fine hair. She is professional and friendly, and makes the experience relaxing and simple. Also the salon is well-designed and decorated. Highly recommend!

If I could rate a 0, I would. It's very disheartening that I have to sink to this level but the way this business has handled by situation is so unprofessional and so unethical it serves purpose as a cautionary sign to someone else. Apparently I had an appointment scheduled last week in which I had missed without my knowledge due to a very severe autoimmune flareup taht has complete debilitated me in every avenue and my mind has been elsewhere in recovering from this tragedy that has left be bedbound, and has been my focus since November 12. I received no reminder call from the salon or any reminder sent to my phone or email to remind of this appointment. No one attempted to outreach to me whatsoever before or after this appointment. I called the salon after they posted a $302.94 charge on my card for services that were never rendered and that I have never authorized use of, nor received a notification that they were going to do this; it must have been pulled from my transaction history in which I never wrote my card information, nor verbalized my credit card to ever be kept on record. I never missed an appointment with this business before; this was my first time and if I would've received a reminder call, I would have absolutely told them right away as it is not Morally ethical for me as a person to no-show an appointment, especially in tough times with the pandemic. I understand the gravity and impact that no-shows have on small businesses and I never want to jeopardize a business from making profits as it's completely disrespectful. I had called the salon after the charge posted to try to acquire clarity in this, and to explain my situation, and was told by the receptionist that the owner is busy and that "she's with clients and can't talk to you right now pretty much no one can talk to the owner. " I'm assuming the owner is curing third world hunger that she would be so busy, that she cannot communicate with people after posting transactions that were never written nor verbally authorized. After receiving no response from the salon, other than this is their policy without trying to understand the situation at hand, I had to venture to the attorney general office to get more answers, in which the salon then provided documentation that they did indeed call and sent email notifications and reminders which well be compiled in my legal documents for my attorney. However, they made a clerical error of documenting the wrong phone number in their system. For reference, I was only there one time, and they documented in paper work that my phone number ended in 6400, and it actually ends in 6440. So yes, they had called and texted, but had the wrong number. With response to email notifications, I never received any notifications from them and i checked all my folders, so I suspect it is a similar issue with regards to the wrong number that was input. Due to the severe distress that this business has caused me by posting $302.94 transaction to my account with no verbal nor written authorization thus violating the electronic transfer funds agreement on top of all of this, I have been currently exploring legal channels to have my money recovered as this is undue distress and any response from the salon I get is "this is our policy, " if not flat out ignoring me without taking accountability for anything, other than just taking my money without verbal or written authorization prior to the transaction.

It is a wonderful experience. The scalp massage and warm towels on your face are fabulous! The staff is all friendly and professional. The best salon experience. You don't feel like you are in a small town.
