We where searching for auto insurance and we had worked with kota, she was absolutely amazing! Although we chose a different insurance, she was actually friendly and asked questions and looked for the lowest policy for us. She even still checks up on us from time to time!

I work for a company that deals with a lot of insurance companies, local and otherwise. Mike Dill’s office is always the quickest and most efficient to work with. When it was time for me to switch I knew exactly who I was going to call. While I liked my old company, nothing can beat the customer service you get with a real local agent. Sarah was so helpful in setting up my new policy, and she was able to help with all my questions and concerns. When I walked away I was more aware of my policy than I have ever been with any other company. 10/10 recommend!

Great agent, great staff. Only issue is the lies of one of its national spokesperson supported by the parent company, State Farm.

State farm ever since I first came in contact with them has treated me more like family than a good neighbor. Back in 2015 I was hit by a driver who had State farm and that agent treated me exceptionally well compared to every other accident I've ever been in " never at fault", all the other companies treated me like garbage. I signed up with State farm and noticed a lower rate than anybody else. Mike Dale hook me up with excellent coverage at a dirt cheap rate. In the few instances we did need to file a claim they had been responsive helpful and just overall an asset in the situation and not a liability. I will be at State farm customer for life guaranteed. Someone could offer me the same coverage for half the price and I still wouldn't switch. You can't put a price on being treated like a human being when disaster strikes. Being treated like you're innocent until you're proven guilty. They have my trust and you should give them yours.
