Mike & Matt's Italian Market, Philadelphia PA

I moved down the street from Mike & Matt’s about 6 years ago and I was pleasantly surprised to find such a nice corner store that specializes in Italian food. Not to mention they have the best lunch meat, such great quality. They are super friendly, get customer service, great prices. Once you stop by you’ll be a customer for life, trust me! Ask about the cutlets!

Staff was so friendly and made me feel like family. It was the perfect size hoagie to enjoy perfectly. The bread is sooo good but not so much of it like other places which is great because you can taste the freshness of their lunch meat. It’s just a really good hoagie and my new place for sure.

Excellent Italian offerings, Great neighborhood establishment. Good sandwiches. Continuing a tradition in South Philly.

The best Italian food other than Mancuso's. Matt and Mike are great. They make u feel at home. Plus their food is phenomenal. I heard about the fish cakes but u have to order 3 days in advance.very popular.

This is the epitome of a wonderful, little neighborhood Italian market. From the best of meats to freshest rolls and everything that you would want to add to the combination for an incredible meal could be found in this nice little spot. The employees are friendly and inviting. Truly a gem for the neighborhood. Enjoy!

Corner deli/convenience store run by Michael and Matthew with help from Sue where you can pick up fresh lunch meat, cheeses, bread, rolls, homemade salads, chicken cutlets and many more food items.

These guys make a great hoagie.
Go early because they sell out of the days rolls about 2 pm

Best lunch meat as well as other food items. No need to go to a supermarket a one stop shopping experience. Great chicken cutlets fruits produce Italian bread pastas cereal cleaning products all essentials and more!

I live down the street, can always depend on mike and Matt for a great lunch or a quick dinner. They have all my basic needs like paper towels, drinks, sugar, etc. But on top of that they have a amazing deli that has beautiful lunch meat, prepared foods like tuna salad. You can eat grab some raviolis from the freezers and pair it with some of their delicious homemade gravy for a quick dinner. Don’t know what I’d do with this store.

The best neighborhood store around great food low prices and free entertainment you can't ask for anything better.

Best hoagies in South Philly! Mike & Matt are two stand up South Philly guys, always a good conversation when I go in there. The store is always stocked with everything I need so that I don’t have to stand in lines at the supermarket. Definitely a South Philly gem!

My favorite neighborhood store. Best hoagies, best Italian specialties. The two owners Mike & Matt are the best part, their personalities are delightful. The lady Sue who works the counter is so pleasant, she’s always happy and smiling. You haven’t had a better hoagie in South Philly, and make sure you grab some pepper shooters!
