I switched to Mike Yates State farm from progressive about 6 months ago and could not be more pleased at the stark contrast in service. Unfortunately I have had to make two claims since and they were swift as well as supportive. They care about their customers and are willing to spend time to ensure not only that you have a great policy, but that it is a cheap as possible.

Kyle Nyce is a great insurance agent and will always have your best interest in mind. While I'm busy at work, he makes communication easy by texting me instead of making me carve out time in my day to make a phone call. I've switched addresses, cancelled insurance on an old car and got new insurance on a new car, and filed a claim incredibly easily because of Kyle's fantastic customer service. He has given me quotes and kindly explained coverages even when I did not know exactly what I was asking. Kyle worked with me to send me the paperwork I needed within minutes, and the personal communication, and interest in what kind of new car I bought, make dealing with State Farm a breeze. Jess is amazing! She is always helping my wife and I with any questions we have. I recently had an issue with a rental and Jess hopped right on the phone to resolve it with the claims department! Mike’s office isn’t the closest SF office to where we live but because of Jess and her willingness to go above and beyond we will never leave.

I reached out via email, and the team was very quick to respond and help transfer my policy from out of state. Everyone was kind, helpful, and happy to answer my many questions. I worked with Bob, who was very patient! I also received a message from Mike Yates, who was out of the office at the time, making sure I had been able to reach Bob. I’ve had quite a few insurance carriers in my time, most of them looked at me as if I was just another number. Most of the time the staff were monotone and just “Yes” me to death and never really followed through. Having switched over to the Yates agency was truly a breath of fresh air.

I just started working with Kyle Nyce. He has done everything possible to make the transition from my old insurance to State Farm unimaginably simple. I’ve basically had to do nothing. He does it all.

Buying your first car can be stressful enough, so when I say that Mike and Jessica relieved so much of my anxiety from day one, I mean it. No matter when I need them they always get back to me in a timely manner, AND they explain everything in Laymans terms. I cannot recommend them enough!
