I had an incredible experience at Milan Laser Hair Removal! The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was my first time trying laser hair removal, and my nurse, Cameron (apologies if I got the name wrong), was truly exceptional. Cameron went above and beyond to ensure I felt completely comfortable throughout the process.

Additionally, Mikayla (again, my apologies if the name is misspelled) conducted a consultation for me on the spot, accommodating my tight schedule as it was a surprise birthday gift. She even took care of my Mom’s consultation when I brought her in today, patiently addressing all our questions. I’m thrilled to begin my laser hair removal journey with Milan!

I recently moved back to the area and was looking to get laser hair removal (armpits and full brazilian) and from day one they’ve been great. Tammy was great explaining all my options, Lexi and Cam have been amazing RNs providing the treatment, and Ashley and the girls at the front are super friendly and accommodating.
