Dr. Milanak is very helpful. The eye exams are always quick and simple. A very warm office setting, as well.

Love this place! The only place me and my family will ever go to have our eyes checked. Staff is very warm and knowledgeable. I tried the big box national chains before finding Milanak family vision and the service and care is night and day. Would recommend to anyone.

I hate to leave this review, but after 6 years of no help, I have to. When I was a senior in high school 6 years ago I came in for an eye exam. I said about my issues getting headaches, having light sensitivity, and having a hard time seeing while driving at night. I thought I might need glasses but because it was determined I have 20/20 vision, I didn't need them. It was thought that I just wanted a pair of glasses just to have them.

Last month I had an appointment at America's Best to see if I had astigmatism. I've had the same issues with my eyes this whole time, but my headaches were getting worse and I could barely see when driving at night. Again, I have 20/20 vision, but I have astigmatism in both of my eyes. My right eye, my dominant eye, being the worst. I finally have glasses and it fixed my issues and haven't had a headache since. I'm frustrated that problem could've been resolved sooner but I didn't get all of the exams done like I did at America's Best and was just told to look away from screens every now and then for relief. That doesn't work. FYI even if you have 20/20 vision, you can still have astigmatism that affects your vision in some way. And no, I didn't want glasses as a fashion statement, I guess. Just wanted to be able to live without headaches. I wish I could've been taken more seriously.

Dr. Milanak is fantastic and has always met the needs of not only myself, but my entire family! She was able to assist with diagnosing my daughter with an eye condition and took the extra time to really listen to our concerns. We are very grateful that my daughter's vision will continue to improve because of her findings. I have been going to her practice for years and will always recommend her! Thank you Dr. Milanak!

We've been going to Dr Milanak for many years, and have always received kind, professional care. She diagnosed my husband's eye issue, and he was referred to an excellent surgeon for the eye procedure that he needed. We are very happy with Dr Milanak's knowledge and concern, and plan to keep her as our optometrist for many years to come.

Dr Milanak has been my optometrist for years! She’s knowledgeable and easy to talk to! The ladies at the front counter are awesome too!

I appreciated my visit here. The ladies at the front end were so friendly and very helpful with all my questions. The eye exam went great and getting new glasses was good experience here. Let me also add that prices here are absolutely fantastic. I recommend you come here.

I was extremely excited to get an appointment the same day I called! Fresh and clean front office with a staff that is friendly, knowledgeable, and to the point.

I have not been to them but someone very close to me does, I called today and asked if they take my insurance and she had a couple questions for me also then she said hold on she came back and asked another question then said holdbon again then left me on hold til the phone hung up so I called back and they just hung up on me.

Consumer beware. Billing department is shady. Keep all of your receipts and your EOBs, especially if you have more than one insurance. They do not contact or provide requested information to the insurance companies which in turn causes over payments and a lot of leg work on your end. You then are forced to pay a bill before it goes to collections and before the insurance pays and good luck proving your case and obtaining your refund for over payment. Very, very disappointed and frustrated with all the misinformation and difficulties I have experienced.
