Scott was great to deal with. The excavator I rented was in excellent condition. Delivery and pickup were when he said it would be… His prices are very reasonable. Rented the k71 from them for 2 weeks, horrible leaking fittings/bucket fell off, then gets upset with us like we did something wrong, we used the machine to move rocks and dig holes, it’s a machine made to work, he expects folks to put diapers on the machines, be carful with the machines you rent from them, they expect you to really not use them to much, only 50 hours but the bucket falls off the first day, second days hose blows, the machine was dropped off with a half of tank of fuel but expected a full tank when he picked it up?

Owner is professional and knowledgeable. Rental prices are quite reasonable. Equipment is in great shape and well maintained.

Amazing experience renting from Scott @ Milford equipment rentals and excavation. Scott answered every single call and text throughout the process. I had to cancel my rental the first go around when we had terrible thunder storms. Scott was extremely understanding and said he would never want someone to be uncomfortable while operating equipment. Once again I picked a wash out weekend and texted Scott last minute to see if he by chance had another machine available for Friday instead of Saturday. Scott went above and beyond to get his kx033-4 over to my house so I could finally start clearing my property. He arrived exactly the time he said he would and he was super personable. Felt like one of my buddy’s was dropping a machine off to me. Brand new machine and ran flawlessly. Very reasonable pricing as well. I highly recommend using Scott @ Milford equipment rentals and excavation. I will be a return customer, no doubt.

The owner Scott was incredibly polite and professional, and took the time to show me how to use the machine I was renting. There were no hidden fees or additional costs, and the pricing was really good - he even let me borrow ratchet straps to make sure I could get the job done correctly.
