My husband and I have been married for 28 years, and during that time we've hired our fair share of tile layers for various projects. In the past, we've had to slog through the typical delays, messes, and frustrations. Not this time. This was by FAR the best experience we've ever had. They exceeded our expectations at every turn. Milford Mills, you get an A+ for responsiveness, on-time arrivals, incredible neatness, precision in craftsmanship, general courtesy, eye for detail, pricing, and, maybe most of all, finishing the project in a timely manner- because you understand and care about customers living through a remodel. The floors are stunning, and we can't stop smiling. If you're looking for someone to do tile work, look no further. You just found the best. Thank you to the whole crew!

Aaron and the team at Milford Mills (shout out to Mitch) were nothing short of impressive. They listened to our ideas, gave great advice about what would work in our space, and then completed exceptional work. We had a custom shower installed in our master bathroom — large format walls, mosaic floor, and an accent wall with a full-width shelf and custom mosaic design. Simply put: we love the way it turned out! Aaron and Mitch took their time and their precision work shows!

Their tile skills are amazing but perhaps even more impressive is the care they took with our home. Extra stiff cardboard barrier to protect existing floors, drop cloths from our front door all the way to their work area, plastic wrap around cabinetry, etc, etc. They worked to keep our house as clean as possible during the time they were here working and on the final day backed themselves out of the house cleaning as they went. Above and beyond.

We would certainly hire them again in the future and recommend them gladly to others!

I recently had a glass tile backsplash installed by Milford Mills Tile. I was absolutely thrilled with the beautiful results! Many of the other tile companies I called did not want to install glass tiles because of the possibility of chipping where they had to be cut. Aaron sent his men soon after I spoke to him and called frequently to see if I was satisfied with the work being done. He also came to inspect the job after it was completed. I was so impressed with the professionalism of the men and how well they cleaned up. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them!

Aaron Liddle of Milford Mills Tile, removed my outdated backsplash and installed a beautiful new one. He actually worked around my schedule for the starting day which possibly could have made him finish on a Saturday. He also was very flexible the second day and came an hour later so I could go to an appointment. He was very meticulous and professional. Daniel, Aaron’s assistant, was very helpful!
