3Graduation party for my grandkids. Beautiful hall, delicious food and excellent service.
We called to find out if the date of our party was available. We were told it was. We went to see it. Talked prices. Once we sat in office to sign papers we find out her cousin called & decided to change the date of her party to the same date as us because she “forgot she had a concert that day”! Instead of telling her cousin to pick a new date, since we were verbally promised, she gave it to her instead. The lady says “I didn’t hold the date for you”. You knew i was coming for THAT specific date, why wouldn’t you hold it for me? Beware. Very unprofessional! Now I have no place to host my daughters christening party. I’m so upset! Very unprofessional!
Very nice event space. I went to a SAG-AFTRA viewing party there. Food I would give 3.7 out of 5. The seasoning wasn't the best. The event space itself is very spacious and an elegant look.
