Mill Creek Manor, Lancaster PA

It a very nice community to live at.everyone is respectful n the management is very easy to work with they will go over and beyond to make you happy n satisfied.

Mill Creek Manor has been my home for 2+ years and has been a fantastic place to live. Location is perfect…few minutes to the city…few minutes to the country. Houses are spacious, residents are pleasant and friendly. Staff is very accommodating and helpful. Look forward to many more years at Mill Creek Manor

I've been a resident at Mill Creek Manor for a little over 2 years. I enjoy living here it's peaceful, there's great amenities including a pool, park area for kids and a nice walking trail. The office managers are very nice and if you have a maintenance issue they handle it in a timely manner. I love to call this place home.

It's been an absolute pleasure to live in Mill Creek Manor. Not only are the Town houses beautiful and spacious but they are well taken care of inside and out. Maintenance responds quickly to any maintenance repairs or concern and the property manager Sarah communicates regularly on any concerns or problems we may have along with New ideas to improve the property. If you're looking for a beautiful, peaceful place to live with a pool and a new remodel gym Mill Creek is the place for you

I’ve been here for a little over three years and it’s a nice place to live. It’s quite, friendly including the neighbors and doggies, clean, they maintain the property very well consistently, and the maintenance staff are also very friendly. I haven’t had any issues living here. The current property manger and the prior property manager, are my favorite part.they check in with you and they try to make living here pleasant and as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend.

Since Boyd Wilson took over this place has been really great to live at. I have no regrets. I need something fixed it was taken care of. The manager is awesome

Great maintenance staff! The entire staff is Johnny-on-the-spot with reported issues. The property manager is very friendly and conscientious. Quality lawn care and snow removal. The appliances could be better quality for the price of the rent. I've only been here a year and a half and my rent went up 3% for year two (expected). However, if a 3% - 5% increase continues year after year, the number of years I can live here will be limited.: (Overall, I am happy so far!:)

This place has become a complete dump, I lived here for 2 1/2 years and the landlord doesn’t know his rear end from a hole in the ground.

Doesn’t remember who you are and says he doesn’t recall you having pets and will try to charge you extra for them (even though they are already on the lease).
The apartments are FAR from luxury, they use cheap appliances and cheap carpeting with paint that easily marks and scratches.

The trash area is CONSTANTLY overflowing, filled with maggots and trash that tenants will pile in front of the dumpster instead of placing it in the bin and they do now enforce anything. The entire area is filled with trash in front of homes and nothing is done. The foliage is overgrown, wooden fencing is destroyed and during the wintertime, snow removal is a joke. Multiple times I was also left stranded in the back driveway because they allow vehicles to park in front of the access road to the back driveway.

This place is WAY overpriced for what they pay. My roommate moved out halfway into the lease, leaving me with all the bills. When I moved out two years later (Always on time with rent and never left my place a mess), they took over HALF my deposit for repainting and normal wear and tear which is ILLEGAL but they know that nobody with spend the money to go after them to get it back.

Considering this place had 4 apartment fires in two years, avoid this place at all costs. Almost $1500 a month for a 3B/2BA apartment is outrageous.
