I have lived here for 7 months, never a problem! Parking is Great if you work 3 rd shift. The office is Extremely caring and efficient! I appreciate the Manager and assistant Manager! Always very helpful and kind! Upstairs neighbors are sometimes noisy, but not a Big issue. I would highly recommend Millcreek Village! I found my home!

Great low cost apartments. Idk what’s considered high for some. In my opinion the rent is super low. Nice pool. Great having one amenity if you don’t need several for which they would charge you for. Maintenance comes quickly. Parking was bad when I lived there.

I negotiated a break of lease with the office due to noise. Communication was overall quite responsive, so I've raised a star. I would recommend anyone with similar problems to discuss ways to gather evidence and negotiate earlier. My overall experience was okay with the staff but bad with the unit.

Noise issues have not resolved, and there are more issues.tldr, The unit is outdated and highly defective, yet it is pricey at $1400 a month for a two bedroom. This place is not worth the money or sanity.

Cons:
1. Non-existent sound proofing, as other reviews say. Sure, my neighbor downstairs is exceptionally loud compared to the other 5 suites in the same hallway, but in general, also prepare to hear anything in the hallways and the streets. I've bought a white noise machine btw.
2. Units are connected through wide gaps beneath wall radiators. This means that if someone on the other side smokes, your unit will also smell like cigarettes. I don't even understand the reasoning behind this level of unprofessional finish, and the counterintuitive allowance of smoking in units despite this unfinished design.
3. Had a house fly infestation of about 50 grown house flies coming out of nowhere - meaning probably from the open gaps.
4. Other miscellaneous unsolvable defects such as cracked appliance controls, bug screens that do not fit windows, and a deformed bathtub that constantly forms a puddle after use.
5. Their online payment portal sends a bill alert 1 day before the deadline, generates the bill on the deadline, and sends no other reminders afterwards, until a late fee is charged. But this is solvable with autopay.

Pros:
1. It's kinda spacious
2. It has a dishwasher
3. Major problems may disappear by lucking out with neighbors

I've lived in many apartments in 4 different countries, all in major cities, and this is by far the worst apartment in nearly every aspect with the second highest price by size.

On-site staff are still busy, but they are friendly and respond to issues quickly. There was a weird housefly outbreak which was resolved swiftly. However, walls seem thin in general and noise can be an issue. I am having noise issues with the downstairs unit.

Have yet to move in, but on-site staff are friendly, IF they can be reached. It has been extremely difficult to get responses to inquiries both through email and phone. Likewise, I only have 2 days left until move-in and have received bills but have yet to be shown a lease agreement.
Off-site staff are friendly too, but they have no specific information and are not helpful.
I suspect the office is severely understaffed or undergoing an extremely busy time, but regardless, my experience has been a very stressful one.
