I would NEVER consider going anywhere else. I have been going to Mill Pond for about 25 years. Unfortunately, I have moved 2 hours away in Maryland. I'm still thinking about making that trip for routine things because 2 of my dogs are ok in the car. However, my sheltie is not. He was recently diagnosed with cancer. I called Mill Pond after I was forced to use a vet down here. They were wonderful, as usual. I spoke with a technician for a while about his condition. The next day, Dr. Collins called me and was willing to speak with me about his diagnosis, treatment, expectation of treatment, and counseled me on when I should make a decision to let my beloved Riley go. That is how dedicated Dr. Thayer, Dr. Collins, the technicians, and everyone who works there are. I've been told that a hospice program is in the works there. Riley, Abby, Junior, and all of my animals could not have received better care elsewhere. I am EXTREMELY picky and untrusting when it comes to their care. You will not regret your decision to take your animals there.

Friendly staff who know you and your pet when you walk in the door! Never had any problems with them being too pushy about things unlike at some other places.

They are the best. We board our dogs here and do daycare. They love it. They can be in the same kennel together and get to play all day.

I had Mill Pond board my dog for 15 days. I have boarded him before at other locations and he came home sick and at one spot had bruises. Each place I took him he was excited to see me and ran to the car. When I walked him out of Mill Pond he wanted to walk over to the play area instead of getting into the car. He was clean, smelled great, and looked to be in better health. There was a large friendly staff who knee my dog by name. I love this place and will never take my dog anywhere else.

Best vet around! Super friendly and no pressure to do unnecessary testing or to give unnecessary medication. I recommend this vet to anyone who asks.

I have to write Mill Pond to thank them for the care and compassion they gave my 16 yr old baby, Mogley, when it came time to put her down. They understand the connections people have with their furbabies, and treated both of us with a gentle, caring touch and dignity.

These people are truly amazing.they have caring hearts for animals.they smile when you come in and my dog King is not friendly but they are just so welcoming. I drive a little far out my way but wouldn't have it any other way.great place for your pets!

We love Mill Pond. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We've done puppy daycare, and one on one puppy training with Steve, which our puppy loved! Charlie loves the all the guys for puppy daycare she gets so excited when she sees them. We've never had a bad experience here. We especially love Dr. Collins he always gets down on Charlie's level and makes her super comfortable and has gone above and beyond for us.
