I called Millcreek Fence & Decks on the recommendation of a family member. The estimator explained exactly how their fences are constructed and installed, and provided recommendations that suited my lifestyle and fell within my budget. I chose the 5 ft vinyl privacy fence, which based on my internet searches, I didn't even know existed. The installers made sure the fence and gate were installed exactly where and how I wanted, and the result looks great. My neighbors no longer have to listen to my dogs barking at other dogs, people, school buses, cars.

The installation went smoothly and the men worked non-stop for 2 days to finish our 1/4 acre lot. The fence is gorgeous and the installation was flawless. Thank you Millcreek Fence & Decks LLC.

I started getting quote for fences back in December. Originally I was looking for a wooden fence and Jay came out to get me the estimate. I decided I also was interested in a quote for vinyl with wire as it lasts a lot longer. Jay was by far the best person who came out to get me an estimate, and they came back with a great quote. He gave me a sense of confidence in Millcreek as well so I decided to go with them. They were about 8 weeks out, which was completely fine with me as I was not in a rush. Daniel came out with his crew and put up the fence, which looks amazing! My dogs (Australian cattle dog and Boston terrier mix) hate it because they can’t get out now, but that was the whole point! Overall, they were very professional and they made tweaks we asked of them without blinking an eye which was appreciated. A great company to work with, I would definitely recommend!

We needed two posts for our fence straitened out and also replaced all the panels with new more sturdy panels. Weather did play a big part in getting here but it was not in a hurry to get the job done. They did an EXCELLENT job and cleaned up very good. They did our fence years ago and had to replace some panels broken by ignorant ball teams in the ballfield behind us and also built a new back porch stoop to the back door. As always, service was EXCELLENT, price was very reasonable, a very professional service. HIGHLY recommend Millcreek for EXCELLENT service.

I contacted Millcreek to replace our wooden front steps, which were numerous and rotting, recently causing injury to my son. Jay, Amos, and the entire team were very easy to work with. They do get booked.we had to wait a couple of months for our project, but they were very honest about timing from the start. Communication with everyone was great and the team did a wonderful job! The steps look great and everyone feels very safe using them again! I would highly recommend them.

Millcreek did 2 jobs for me.one waa a big one half symteck fencing and half black open rail fencing.then later came back to add an additional gate. They were on time for both estimates and there was a waiting time to get both done.but well worth the wait.they did a great job on both and I would use them again in the future for my other property as well as reccomend them to anyone who wants good work at a fair price.

This company is excellent to work with! The project was delayed by a couple weeks due to rain that was out of control their control. The company communicated nicely and when it was time to do the project they finished it very quickly but did an excellent job! They even took the time to make sure that the dirt was cleaned up nicely. They were very pleasant to work with and the fence looks amazing!

We reached out to 4 fencing companies in the area & Millcreek, specifically Amos was by far the most professional, polite & knew their product. They were not the cheapest nor the least expensive but we’re positive we made the best choice. From the sales rep to the installation crew, we highly recommend Millcreek. Terrible. Scheduled job beginning of August. Said they were 10 weeks out. It is now January and they have not finished the job. Deposit was paid. No communication, you must constantly call them. They do not arrive when they said they will even if they give you a specific day they will be there. Messages left for the boss or scheduler are never returned. Avoid them unless you enjoy pointless frustration.

We are a 28 unit Townhouse community in Elizabethtown and I was charged with finding a contractor to replace our gates and fences that surround our 28 courtyards. After several bids, our Board chose Millcreek and boy did that prove to be THE best decision! Called on Monday to make an appointment for an estimate for pocket fencing. Could not leave a message as their mailbox was full. Tried again Tuesday, got through and set up an appointment for Wed (day off work). The associate said they were pretty booked, but could get someone out to my place between 11: 30 to noon. No show on Wed, so I called Millcreek at 1pm to see what happened. They had scheduled me for Thurs instead when I clearly stated I did not have that day off. Called a couple other local fencing companies left messages and they don't return phone calls. Only fencing company so far that has returned my calls and showed up on time has been Hitchens Fence Co.

I called Millcreek for some suggestions on a prior installed fence, their customer service and help is invaluable. I am so grateful and satisfied with all their help.

No high pressure selling from Amos, just honest and straightforward. The fence was special ordered, delivered on time and as promised. The installation was very professional, with the crew being experienced and knowledgeable. They didn't mess around. Dug the holes and set the posts on the first day, then completed the fence on the second day. They made it look easy.
