Miller Eye Care, West Grove PA

I was hit hard in the eye by a pickleball back in April. I was at the nearest urgent care and they said I needed to see my eye doctor. I contacted the office on Thursday at 2: 45 pm. They close at 3 pm on Thursday but said they would wait for me to arrive since I was 45 minutes from their office. When I arrived, Dr Thompson immediately saw me and spent over an hour checking my injured eye. She was certain my eye was stable and told me to return tomorrow for a follow up exam. She was able to have me seen by an eye surgeon the next day who had much experience in eye injuries and eye repairs. I returned to see Dr. Thompson this Thursday July 13th for a follow up of my eye injury and also received my annual eye exam. She spent a large amount of time with me making sure I had the proper prescription of contact lenses and glasses, making sure my vision was as good as possible given that my nearsightedness is extreme. We spoke about cataract surgery which I am a candidate for. I asked many questions and she took much time answering all my concerns. Miller Eye Care with Dr. Thompson went above and beyond in providing me with excellent eye care. I cannot thank them enough for all that they have done in providing me the best of eye care.

Takes too long to get an appt. Even if you are an established patient. They make you wait even if your glasses are not right. You have 30 days to to let them know but they won't see you until after the 30 days and then want you to spend 300+ $ for a new pair. Beware

That's alot of excuses. My glasses were wrong 2 times. The 2nd time took months to see a dr. No one tried to make it right. I know about my insurance. I'm sorry you don't like negative reviews but not helping me is not right. Done! No call to dr. Miller. This is my last word on the subject. Take the 1 star review and be done.not wasting my time with this anymore.

Love Miller's eye care! They are so helpful! JENNY made me feel so comfortable when choosing my glasses Dr. Darrell was so kind and let me say she tells you every little thing she is doing! Absolutely love this place and I will be recommending to all my friends and family!
