Miller Transportation Group, Philadelphia PA

We have been renting trucks from Miller for over 4 years now, and they were always serviced at this location. I was called to bring our truck for PM even though it was there just a little over a month ago but I did not argue and the truck was dropped of on Wednesday and picked up on Sunday. We advised Tom and the young mechanic of the problem with the brakes, and were promised that it will be looked at. When I picked the truck on Sunday all of my drivers contents were missing, today when I called the shop and spoke to Tom he said that they did not even touch the truck just parked it across the street and nothing was done to it because it was a wrong truck. When I inquired about the brakes, his response was you never told me anything about the brakes. When Brian was the service manager at this location it was FIVE stars all the way! Worst experience ever!
