Miller's Ale House, Lancaster PA

We’ve been to the Lancaster location twice. The beer selection is good, but $9.75 for a 23 oz beer a little steep for a sports bar. The chicken zingers are good, and the ribs were good. Other food items not so much, the chicken/shrimp bowl disappointing, cheesesteak ok, we paid extra for mushrooms and peppers but couldn’t see any. Fajitas looked awful. The biggest problem is they seem to have no idea what’s going on. First time we went it was rib special night, full rack for good price. Waitress says, “oh, you can get gat 1/2 rack plus shrimp for less. ” No, it wasn’t, I should have just gotten the full rack. Last night we put our name & # at door, was told 25 minutes. We had a beer at the bar, watched several tables get seated with no wait. Went to hostess, she said they’re cleaning off some tables and it would be just a minute. They never called us, so we just ate at the bar. Bartender was nice, but no reason for us to go back.

Hosting/host stand leaves a lot to be desired. We were not greeted when we came in. People were seated wildly out of order. When we were seated, rather than say follow me or something like that the gentleman just gestured at us to follow him. Our server was fine slightly lackluster in overall service but only complaint was the wait for the check at the end. Food was adequate. I think my baked potato was reheated in a microwave. Drinks were good.

This is a go to restaurant for me. The food is very good, the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Have been to other Miller's as I travel for work. The best Sports Bar chain - lots of high quality TVs with sound on to hear Thurs. Football. Did not disappoint, 1st Service = Excellent, Katie - bartender/server a real pro, attentive, friendly, accomodating, should train others. 2nd Had Prime Burger - cook perfectly Medium- nice warm pink center, juicy, w good char on outside. Kudos to the chef. One of the top burgers anywhere with fries, broccoli, a nice side Ceasar salad, & add on fried shrimp (12 for only $3.99 - gave me 15) Like 2 meals, I hadn't eaten all day & picked the right spot. Best sports bar & restaurant in Lancaster.

My Server was nice, food took way to long to come out, (place was empty), the fries were cold and soggy, the shrimp was cold and soggy I was offered new fries and shrimp but I wasn't trying to wait another 30-40 Mins. Oh and also the coldslaw was dry, the only thing that was amazing was the burger and wings.

We usually avoid chain restaurants like the plague, but Miller's Ale House was definitely a breath of fresh air in the overcrowded arena of chain restaurants. Initially, as we were walking from our car to the restaurant, I commented to my wife about the perfect job this business has done with their ADA handicap accessibility. There are many restaurants & businesses here in central PA that we avoid because they violate the civil rights of handicapped people by not providing an ADA compliant path of travel from the parking stalls to the front entry door. We were very kindly greeted at the front entry and quickly escorted to a booth. Our first impression of this restaurant/sports bar was that it is well organized as well as spic n span clean. This was a very positive start to our meal. Our server was absolutely A+ spot on with her pleasant service and she was also a very personable lady. That's very important to older folks such as us. I ordered the brunch burger which absolutely blew me away with it's composition and deliciousness. The patty tasted like it was hand made from freshly ground beef, and was grilled to medium rare perfection. The carmelized bacon and over easy egg on the burger was unadulterated perfection. Mmmm. My wife claims that her fully blackened chicken florentine flatbread & salad duo were an out and out perfect matching, and it was a great pleasure to eat. Miller's Ale House most definitely created a fantastic first impression upon us, as well as debunked the stereotype of chain restaurants only serving bland poor quality food. Miller's Ale House will definitely be a dinner destination for us in the near future.

We had such a great experience! Phoebe our waitress was phenomenal and made us feel welcome! She was very attentive, witty, and polite!

After seeing this place for so long and never stopping by.finally tried it and booooy was i missing out! Waitresses are friendly. And the zingers and sauces are soooooo gooood! Highly recommended!

Good food, great service. Even though it was busy didn't have to wait to get seated and didn't have to wait long after ordering.

From the service to the food.everything was great! We started off with the chicken quesadillas that were filled and had a really good taste. Then I had the blackened Cajun chicken pasta, the blackened chicken was done well! My husband had the fish tacos, which he gets EVERYTIME he goes because he loves them they are that good. And we finished our meal off with the pull apart donuts.can't go wrong, glazed donuts with caramel and hot fudge on the side to dip. YUMMO! And it was the first time we tried the ice cream, we took a pint home, sorry for the life of me I can't remember the name.but it was so good!
We've been to a few different Miller's and this one is the only one that is consistent on the quality of their food!
I'm a little upset they took the meatloaf off the menu that was awesome! But hopefully with the cooler months here again.maybe they'll bring it back.

Very disappointed, it use to be excellent, however recent visits have left us not happy because there was NO heat! I don’t know what they are doing, but please bring back the heat that made us sweat thru out pores. That’s why we ordered it in the first place. This level of hot a child could eat. It’s a dam joke. We won’t be returning. Been here 4 times last 2 times, no Heat on the mountain melt.

Ate there 3 times in 4 nights while staying at a nearby hotel. The first night the food was AMAZING! The second and third nights it was good. The wings that were the nightly special were not great, but the nachos were excellent and the chicken sandwich and shrimp & chicken plate were both excellent. It took a while to pick up the food two of the three nights because no one was manning the take out counter, but we definitely recommend the piece.

Food was very good was there with a group of friends seated very quickly for having 18 people. We walked in and they went right to moving tables together and got us set up. Our waiter was also good!

Omg I don't know why it took me so long to get some food from ya'll ut I'm so glad I did.
Them wings I had today are the best wings I've had in a very long time. I will be back.
