Millie’s is awesome! The flavors were delicious. Take home pints are super convenient for those who visit the city on occasion. The decor is cute! The place is clean.

Blackout Brownie is stupendous - rich, dark, gooey chocolate. Coffee Break smooth, creamy. Pistachio is top tier.

Ice cream was great as always. This was my first time at the downtown location, I definitely prefer the one on Butler Street.

Inside was very nice and inviting. However, our ice cream was not good at all. It all tasted fake and artifical and we threw both of ours away after just a few bites. I got melted chocolate on mine and it made it not taste good at all. Kind of a bummer on a super hot day when ice cream is great to have.

Tried the suggested flavor combo on the sandwich board outside and it did not disappoint: strawberry jam and PB chocolate chip.

One of the best places for ice cream in Pittsburgh! Their vanilla ice cream is smooth, creamy, and rich in flavor. I like their s’mores ice cream as well. You must try their waffle cones. They are by far the best I have ever had. Also the staff here is really friendly.

This place has incredible ice cream flavor. I tried two flavor: brownie delite and cookie dought. Both really creamy and rich. The cones are crunchy.

Great little place downtown for a late night ice cream fix. Wifey loved the Coffee Break and my Peanut Butter Chocolate chip with salted peanuts and hot caramel was fantastic as well

Their prices are quite expensive considering the quality of the ice cream. I was unimpressed by the mint chip, which was only offered dairy-free and tasted more of coconut than it did of mint.

Cute shop, delicious ice cream, friendly staff. Pistachio ice cream had real pieces of pistachios in it!

Literally the best ice cream place I've ever been to. Everything is top quality and homemade. The service is timely and friendly. Glad I was staying next door at the Hilton so I could discover this place.

Delicious ice cream in a central location. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were very allergy conscious and even opened a new container of dairy free ice cream and used a freshly cleaned scoop to make my daughter‘s order since she has a dairy allergy. The strawberry pretzel was particularly tasty!

Such good ice cream! I wasn’t expecting the quantity for the amount I paid so I didn’t get to finish it but I really wanted to. I got the lavender haze and coffee, the lady said it was a great combination that she hadn’t thought of and would have to try. I definitely would go again!

You can always get samples so you can try before you buy something new and ensure your sweet tooth is satisfied!

I work in downtown and wanted to try this place for a while. Highly disappointed. I got a s’mores milkshack and it tasted like nothing more than vanilla ice cream which I hate… it was also almost $9 and for what I paid, it wasn’t even close to worth it. The milkshake was also the size of a baby sippy cup. I took two sips and threw the rest away… it was gross. I also don’t support business that push their personal political views on you. There’s a sign in there that talks about using the correct pronouns for people… businesses that openly talk about things like this end up closing their doors faster than you think. Won’t be back unfortunately.
