Been here numerous time. Always had a good experience. Usually quick too. I generally call the day of or the day before to see what time is best for them. Only once had my cuticle nicked, I think the girl was going a little too fast. Other than that never had a problem. Also clean.

My nails came out nice, the only complaint I have is that the lady drilled under my nail and made me bleed. It’s been one day and my finger is still hurting really bad from where she drilled under my nail. I’m just hoping hoping it doesn’t lead to infection. Also, when she was doing my nails she was very rough and was bending my fingers weird ways. I doubt I’ll be back.

Mimi nails is a hidden gem in Bensalem! I have been to countless amount of nail salons in this area, but no one does an incredible job like Mimi’s.

They are kind, and always adjust schedules to try to fit you in!

Service from beginning to end was excellent. Pricing is reasonable. They were flexible with making my appointment for myself and a friend. We both received pedicures and left happy with them. The soaking water was hot and the nail technicians asked us a couple questions to ensure we were comfortable. I don't get pedicures often but this is always my go to establishment in the area.

The absolute worst nail salon I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot. The girl doing my nails was so rough that most of my toes were bleeding by the end of my pedicure. The water was also very cold. I asked for it to be hotter and they didn't do anything about it. The trim was so bad that I hope I don't get any ingrown nails from it

Mimi nails is the best! The nails last a long time and are so well done! Love the hand painted designs! Dip or acrylic both excellent.

Great place to get you feet done, if your a man. Ask for Sandy. Strong hands for little woman. Great foot massage.

First and last time I visit that nail salon, the staff is too bitter, I think it's the owner, she even screams horrible. Before having a beauty salon they need some manners classes because they don't have them. Go if you want to receive bad treatment and the pedicure is not done well

I go to Mimi's and get my pedicure and manicure and the ladies and gentlemen that work they are so nice and the prices are very reasonable and I've been going awhile there too anytime I call I get up always get appointment very early like I would like and it's no waiting when you get there so that's why I always go to Mimi's and get my manicure and pedicure

Been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience! They have the most affordable prices I’ve seen to get mani & pedis done. Would highly recommend coming here to get your nails done!

Very rude lady named Jessie. She put her hand all over my face when waxing my eyebrows and also drew on my friends eyebrows without her permission. They need to learn manners here.

The whole staff are wonderful. I have neuropathy and they help me to make sure I am having a great experience.

Have been coming here since 2012. For the past few years I have been getting dip and love it. Makes my nails long and strong, everyone thinks I have acrylics. Whenever I’m there I have a good experience. Every so often I would hear customers having issue due to the communication and language barrier. Please have patience with the employees as English is their second language and many times I have notice words get lost in translation.

I went there to get my nails done. Manicure and Pedicure.

I wanted the same day appointment so I called them. And luckily I got it for the same day. I have never been to a nail salon up here north so I had no clue what to expect.

When you walk in, it's the same as any busy nail salon. They had enough stations for Mani and Pedi. Baskets with shade options for both gel, regular and etc. I had to wait for 10-15 min before my turn came.

I selected gel nails for fingers and regular for the feet. (I was so confused which one to get because I had 3 days of function coming up and I was wearing all different dresses)

So the lady first cleaned my feet and soaked them in some jelly (idk what was it but I just went from the menu lol) she did a good job on Pedi. Didn't feel the massage much, it could be a little better. Then she painted my nails and asked me to move to the nail station. Then she did my nails after cleaning them. It was okay. I didn't like my hand nail job.

The hand nail polish lasted 20 days or so but it did peel off on the third day from two fingers. I didn't work at all. I know that. So idk why that happened? Feet nail paint stayed for about a month and half lol and it was just regular paint, not gel. So that was kinda cool.
