This only applies to Dr. Irfan. Easily the worst single mental health care provider I have ever seen. No effort to even get to know my situation and I've been seeing him for 2 years which was a waste of time and money. Never remembered anything about my life and didn't even know what medications I'm on til I remind him, which leads to the wrong medications of mine being filled. Refuses to adjust my medications due to my marijuana use, which I have a medical marijuana card for. I've been on the starting dose of my SSRI for a year despite my anxiety getting so severe I'm throwing up and barely sleeping and many other severe symptoms of anxiety. Disrespectful to my anxiety, trying to harass me into doing video chat for appointments when I've stated multiple times I AM NOT comfortable with. Every single appointment since COVID. Which has caused me to avoid appointments until they won't fill my medication anymore. His office secretaries are worse. Every single time I need to call for an appointment or to have medications filled, I have to call the office 3-4 times before they actually pick up which I very much do not appreciate. I have never written a review for anything despite how bad it is, but I disliked this psychiatrist so much that I am actually writing a review. He has made me worse and every appointment leaves me very angry and frustrated. I could write way more but I really am so done with this place I don't want to.

Dr. Irfan is an amazing doctor who takes the time to get to know his patients and figure out the best treatment approach for them. He has significantly helped me and I appreciate both his professional and calming manner. I would highly recommend this practice.

Completely disgusted.i had an appointment on the books, and when i call to ask where i can send the forms to, i'm told me appointment was cancelled and maybe they can squeeze me in next year, when i didn't get any notice at all.this is completely disrespectful horrible treatment of patients with mental health issues and i am devastated.thanks for nothing at all - wish i could leave zero stars for how i have been treated.

From darkness to light, Dr. Irfan and Team are invaluable to the investigative and healing process.

Unlike other doctors I went to, he specializes in psychiatry and has been in the field for years. He gives you well-rounded care. I highly recommend him. He spends enough time to get to know his patients and find the right treatment plan.

Doctor has put me on the right road to continue on with my life.
