The easiest place to get away with stuff. The nurses ran it and the clinic hardly do call backs, so it's easy to sell your methadone especially on Saturdays you just wait til like after 9am cause they're not open on Sunday. They let you keep coming even when you test positive for Heroin for years, they will let you keep coming. They don't want you to bring your phone in cause they don't want you to record them breaking a lot of rules. Check it out yourself. Workers don't stay long Ashley, Pa. Now moving to wilkes-barre.pa it's still the same and Robin is the biggest liar, she said she it's so good there, they don't break no rules, but yet her own kids she won't let come there cause how bad it is and wanted him to get better help at Plains, Pa.client. Nurse Robin, now you can put that in a cup and drink that.

The nurses are all great; the people at the front desk are great and the counselors are fantastic. There isn’t one thing I would complain about.:)

Miners is a godsend! I've been there since April of 2022 and I have always been treated with respect. My counselor is awesome and the nurses genuinely care. Only thing is the way the clients are allowed to treat the staff especially the nurses and counselors. Ive seen them cursed at threatened bodily harm and stuff thrown at them because the client was told they can't be dosed that day because they were visibly under the influence. I've sat there in the waiting room and seen a client rip the check in kiosk which is bolted to the wall I right off the wall while screaming and cursing. The staff deserve more respect. That is my only complaint

This place is a damn disaster. If anyone needs well good dire addiction treatment. Start going to the new place over by theWoodlands on laird street on 315.

Carol Ann Littzi the doctor who started the program is no longer working there. All the staff that works here including the counselors are all miserable. The computers never work and theres always long waiting period in the morning especially for people who have to get to work for certain times in the morning. IF YOU WANT TO CONTINUE CARE UNDER CAROLANN LITTZI GO TO THE CTC CENTER ON LAIRD STREET by the woodlands!

I have been a patient for over 4 years. This is my 3rd methadone clinic so I've had a chance to see how other clinics are run and how different states have different rules (my other 2 clinics were down south). Its been a tough decision, but I've finally decided Miner's Medical is my favorite one that I've been at. They are very good about working with you on the money situation, and will help you find funding options (there are several here thankfully). I've been to clinics where they immediately start withdrawing you to dose out if you are $1 short on bill day; that is not the case at Miner's. The only other thing I have to say is PLEASE do your best to be courteous to the staff. Most of them get paid dirt wages (particularly the counselors) and they do have to put up with a lot. I definitely can understand the favoritism complaints and am not gonna say it doesn't happen, but in my experience if you treat them well they will reciprocate. Also nursing can typically tell if you are putting zero effort into your recovery so no surprised Pikachu face if they call you out on it or refuse to increase your dose until you start pissing cleaner.
