MINI of Allentown reviews
18I didn't physically go here but chatted online with them after I purchased a MINI near my home. The person was extremely helpful and patient with my questions. I'd definitely be a customer if I lived closer!
Outstanding Sales staff - easily my best car buying experience. They work with you all the way.
Austin was very helpful at the service center. I went in for an oil change and ended up needing a new serpentine belt which I had done and some other work I declined for the time being. A video was filmed of my car showing all the issues and what needed to be done that I was able to view which was really helpful to be able to go back and watch after the service. They also washed and vacuumed my car which I was not expecting. I Appreciate that. Will come back for future oil changes and services. Thank you!
We located a car on carfax that was at this dealership. It was not a high priced vehicle, but was what I was looking for. I had the pleasure of dealing with Matt. He was very professional and was familiar with the vehicle. He treated me as if I was buying an expensive vehicle. The trade process was fair. The car was exactly as advertised. Matt applied no pressure.just a most pleasant person to deal with. Sale occurred promptly and car was like new when I picked it up. I would definitely return to this.dealership when in need of another vehicle.
We purchased our car through this dealership, and that experience was great. Robin Cox ensures every service appointment we make through Mini is absolutely top-notch. We were provided a video explanation of the work being done on our car: all of the actual parts being examined with service recommendations, (the garage is immaculate) and Robin was easy to reach directly when I had a question. He remained open for me when I was held-upon traffic, and was a joy to talk with; absolutely no pressure, even though I am sure he was looking forward to dinner. We have a Mercedes, and that dealership service is excellent; this dealership is as, or perhaps more thorough and personal. Thank you Robin!
We live in Lancaster, PA, and there are no local Mini dealers. We chose to work with Mini of Allentown as they are accommodating to our needs. We do have the option to go to Otto's Mini or Mini of Towson (the travel time is the same), but we especially appreciate the pickup service to have our vehicle serviced at Mini of Allentown as it's a 3 hour round trip for us and this saves us a ton of time and effort to get things done.
I just picked up my Mini Countryman S All 4 2023. This is our third Mini, but my first one purchased from Mini of Allentown. I had a wonderful experience working with Lauren. She made the process seamless. Lauren is quick to respond to my many questions/emails and is a joy to work with.
The only thing I ask is for Mini of Allentown to open a dealership in the Lancaster area, even if it were Harrisburg or York, that would be awesome!
I have to say that salesman Matt is one of the best I have ever encountered in over 35 years of buying cars. He is extremely patient and helpful and no high pressure. Extremely Pleasant to deal with and I will be going back again.
Robin in service gave me hope that there is still great customer service out there. He was so responsive and kind. He helped me out on my service and it was within my budget. Mini of Allentown has my business.
Located the perfect replacement car for my wife. Contacted Jolene (although they are all equally knowledgeable and helpful) who handled our sale. Jolene was very quick to respond with any info I needed via email or phone call. We purchased the vehicle from Michigan and flew down to get the car. It was exactly as described and had too many extras to list. Jolene made sure everything was in order and offered to pick us up at ABE. We arrived at the dealership and we’re extremely pleased to find a congratulation sign with our names on the front door. Jolene had the car immaculately clean to include a huge red bow (okay the bow could’ve been regular size it was on top a Mini) and took us for a drive detailing all of the features on the car. The paperwork was handled by Clint and was completed in just about 15 minutes. My wife was so happy with the car! Our ride back to Michigan was incredible. So many thanks to Jolene, Clint, and Robin (who struck up conversation and entertained us for a few minutes). No wonder this dealership has won so many awards. We highly recommend these guys and wouldn’t hesitate to come all the way to Allentown to buy another car from them. Thanks guys you ROCK!
This is our second vehicle from MINI of Allentown and (as with the first time) we had a great experience. Jolene from sales helped us throughout the entire process and was very friendly and, most importantly, honest. We are very happy that we were able to get the MINI SE so we can do short trips around Lehigh Valley and maybe even the Poconos without worrying as much about gas prices. The vehicle is just as fun to drive as with our previous Oxford edition (perhaps even more fun due to the horsepower increase). Thank you Jolene and to the staff at MINI/Daniels.
Brought my Mini in to replace two bad O2 sensors. Explained clearly that I wanted both O2 sensors replaced when I called, I already tested them and knew exactly where the problem was. So, I bring it in and they have my car all day. All the while, I'm assuming the job is getting done while I'm at work. 3: 30pm comes along and I get a call from the shop. "Ummm, yea, looks like you have two bad O2 sensors, it's $200 so far for us to diagnose the problem and another $800 or more if you actually want us to go ahead and replace the bad sensors. " Day wasted, $200 completely wasted, I'll continue doing my own work. Apparently I speak a foreign language.
I just don't love dealer service. We took our car in for one issue and they found 7 for $7500. Did it need some of it? Of course. Did it need all of it really?
Had the best customer experience with Lauren. She is the best. It's very difficult to get a satisfactory deal and experience as a customer these days because the supply of cars is not meeting demand. However, Lauren gave very detailed answers for all of my questions, and suggested the best option that I can have. It took a little time to go to production, but I was able to wait for this time pleasantly with a satisfactory customer experience.
Now, my husband also needs a new car and I'm working with Lauren again!
I would like to say thank you very much to Jolene at Allentown mini. We tried to purchase a mini from our local dealer and was met with a extremely frustrating time. So we found the perfect car over 4.5 hours away and in a different state. We were making the arrangements with Jolene over the phone and threw text messages about the car. She went about and beyond our expectations. The car was everything and more than we expected. She even made time for us on her only day off. If your in the market for a mini I highly recommend this store and Jolene as your next mini sales person!
The dealership itself is nice and comfortable if you're waiting. They went above and beyond to make my experience amazing, it was much appreciated.
Like a clumsy derp, I snapped the interior door handle of my countryman 2 days before Thanksgiving. Called in to the parts department to order a new one, told likely with holiday Friday or Monday. Came in Wednesday. Pleasant surprise.
One star is terrible. But, if I could, I would give you no stars.
When you give excellent customer service, you usually keep that customer, and maybe get a few referrals. When you get terrible customer service, you not only lose a customer, but that customer tells everyone he knows. Unfortunately my experience with your service was the latter.
I love my mini. It looks great, drives great, is great on gas and I have not had one repair issue since I bought it 4 years ago; only brakes. It even still has the original tires and battery.
I purchased a 2 year service contract and renewed it for an additional 2 years. It covered the replacement of brakes and rotors last year at no cost to me. When my vehicle was in for service I received a call asking me if I wanted the tires rotated. I said "sure. " There was no mention of cost. I assumed it was covered on the service contract: bad assumption on my part. I got a bill for $300. For tire rotation? You had the wheels off anyway when you replaced my brakes and rotors. All you had to do was walk them around the car. Shame on me for not asking if there was a charge. Double shame on you for not fully informing me when you called and asked if I wanted it done. Triple shame on you for ripping me off.
Again, I love my mini. However, I will never again take it to you for service, nor will I ever buy another mini from you, and I tell everyone I know about my experience. If you did this to me on something so simple as tire rotation, I can't imagine how bad it could get for something serious.
This is THE BEST place to get a MINI. The salespeople, Jolene, are high intelligent and know their product. I can’t even say a darn thing bad.
