Mini U Storage, Glen Mills PA

My wife and I have rented there in the past under different ownership. Mini U Storage has really turned the place around. Matt and Jacob provide superb customer service and their facility is immaculate. Storage can be such a hassle and turn into a real mess but these guys make it a breeze.

This place has got to be the friendliest, most helpful staffed place EVER! I was moving my 83 year old mother out of a big storage unit into a smaller one, and they made it as simple and easy could be! So nice to have people to treat you like family! They are THE BEST!

The staff here is awesome. They were very helpful and informative. The units are clean and secure and they even let you use their truck to move your stuff in. I can’t recommend them enough.

Both Jacob and Matt were extremely helpful, professional and answered all our questions. We were able to utilize a larger unit and are very satisfied customers. If need arises we will definitely use mini u storage in Glen Mills again

While the facility is very clean and secure, I was not overly pleased with the increase in rent from$45.00 per month to $95.00 per month for the same unit. That calculates to an increase of 105%. I feel that this is over priced and have decided to go to another storage facility. Choose carefully.

I just cleaned out of my stuff kept with Mini U Storage. I am a storage renter with Mini U Storage for the past 16 months and am impressed with the cleaniness of this place. Management has also been very accomodationg as well as helpful. Very pleased with Mini U Storage.

The Mini U Storage is incredibly efficient! The check-in process was easy, and the individual that checked us in was friendly and professional. The storage unit was easy to access, it’s very secure so we feel our stuff is in good (temporary) hands, the temperature of the unit is great so our belongings will be safe, and overall, the price is super fair!

Excellent, clean, secure storage are. Climate control is excellent, space is always comfortable and dry (humidity). Matt and Jacob are onsite Managers who know their customers by name, are always affable and helpful. Ask about the free truck rental and free shelving! Highly recommended.

The online reduced rate was $169 a month, first month 50% off, with a Starbucks gift card. When I reserved, the higher rate of $219/month appeared. I called both mini-u and sparefoot and they said they couldn't do anything about it, they couldn't change the price, but then both offered to find another unit with some other reduced rate, at a further location. How is that? A price update just when I hit reserve. Not to be trusted. Bait and switch!

Great customer service. Quick and efficient. Always willing to go the extra mile. I was in the office while they worked out a payment arrangement for a customer who was extremely past due. You could tell that they were willing to do what they could do to help their tenants, even during challenging times. From what I can tell the same managers were working everyday without missing a detail on cleanliness or security. If you need storage or moving supplies you need to check this place out.

Mini U Storage Glen Mills deserves well above 5 stars! From the moment you pull into the parking lot you notice this is not like other storage facilities. The managers are attentive and always willing to do what they can to help your move go smoothly. They have a GREAT selection of moving supplies and a wide range of spaces, although I am sure they won't last long. Matt and Jacob took the time to show us around a few different sizes and we were able to see how immaculate they keep the site. We are very comfortable storing our belongings here they offer great prices, great security and great service. What else could we ask for?
They offer a 5% discount for autopay which was nice and even had a lock for us so we did not have to purchase one anywhere else. You always hear all about the bad experiences and very seldom do you hear about the good experiences but these guys knocked it out of the park.

Needed a place to temporarily store my vehicle. I found a great site here at Mini U Storage in Glen Mills. They have reasonable rates and great storage options to choose from. Check it out if you are in the need to space to put your things.

Without a doubt this is the place to store! Self storage has become such a huge market and with that has led to many underwhelming and unprofessional sites. Not these guys, they worked so well together leading us through the rental process. When one left off the other picked right up and together they answered any and all questions that we had. I cannot speak highly enough about these guys and the operation that they are running in Glen Mills.

I have learned over my years of traveling due to my job that using self storage comes with its own risks. When I first arrived at Mini U Storage I noticed the cleanliness right away, I could tell that the team here really cared about the property. After speaking with them in the office and getting a tour of the site I found them to be quite knowledgeable in the storage industry and are willing to help in any way that they can. They have a wide range of sizes however they mentioned they were filling up fast so imagine their availability may change. I highly recommend going by and taking a look at the site if you are in need of storage. This site is superb and goes far beyond the extra mile to help their customers. I have shared a few photos with my review to show you just how clean this site is, I am pretty sure their floors are cleaner than the floors in my home.
