DO NOT GO HERE! Go to Premier Urgent Care a half mile down the road. I went to this CVS for mastitis because I needed an antibiotic. I had all the symptoms. When their CRNP asked what I was being seen for I told her mastitis. She totally confused it with thrush and said she couldn’t treat it and named two antifungals I “needed. ” She directed me to Premier Urgent care where I was given an antibiotic prescription.

I have been here several times and let me tell you, this is not the place to go. I went recently for an ear wax infection and the practioner said that she saw nothing wrong but gave me ear drops anyway but upon going to my regular doctor, I had an ear infection in both ears and the medicine the practioner gave made it a lot worse. I guess if this is sort of your last resort then I guess go here but if I ever need urgent care in Newtown, I won't be going here anytime soon.

Tried to shake off the discriminatory treatment my children and I received here last month with Ashley. Insult to injury is that she didn't even tell me up front my insurance wouldn't cover flu vaccine at their facility. Zero stars if I could.

Went to the minute clinic around 1030AM yesterday and there was one person in front of me, the wait was 30 mins. Ok no big deal. Me and the person in front of me sat there until 1215PM without being seen, I left, I wasn’t waiting any longer. Whoever was in the room was having a nice casual conversation and it didn’t seem to be ending any time soon.

Went here for a physical for a Muay Thai fight and they wouldn’t take me because the fight was in New Jersey. I’ve never had this problem anywhere else and I have fought in Jersey multiple times. They also said because it was a Muay Thai fight and not MMA that no Minute Clinic would be able to do my physical. Never going back here again!

Ashley was friendly and knowledgeable. Was thorough in her examination and felt as though she really took the time to review my symptoms. Would definitely recommend and return.

Closed an hour earlier than advertised with no explanation. Had a friend who was very sick and the pharmacist offered no help or suggestions of where to go for treatment.

I had an appointment (I was on time) and a walk-in was seen ahead of me. Terrible customer service.

Just left at 4: 14 on the dot. My daughter had a sudden fierce ear ache. I called to see if they were open, and was told they were but they’d be closing shortly. The policy is you must sign in by 4: 15 and we rushed right over to make it. The physician was standing in front of the computer switching the trash can bag and told me as I came up with my crying daughter that they were closed. I said it states 4: 30. She said “we close 4: 15” and just Just stood there. It was two minutes before and she stood there looking at my daughter and not caring so she could close up early.

Registration process is cumbersome and completely automatic. Nobody to talk to during registration to ask questions.
