Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center, Akron PA

What an amazing experience at Miracle-Ear with Jay and Lauren at the Akron location. My family has know for a long time that dad would benefit from hearing aids. The problem, he had heard so may horror stories of bad experiences with hearing aids. Finally dad made the appointment with Jay in Akron. Thanks to Jay’s knowledge and patience, dad was fitted for a new pair of hearing aids. Jay took the time to explain to dad all of the options and the benefits and drawbacks. Thanks to Jay’s expertise my dad was able to hear his granddaughter’s names called at their graduations! My only regret is that I didn’t have my camera ready to catch my dad’s face when he heard mine and my mom’s voices clearly for the first time in years! Thank you Jay for these and may more precious moments to come! Oh and Connie is an excellent fill in, even if she is from the “Lancaster” office!

The staffs at the Arkon location are very professional and friendly. Always, treated my father and I with respect each time we're at the office. My father is very pleased with Jay's professionalism and service with my father's periodic cleaning and hearing test.
Definitely a 5-star rating for the office.
